3 Generation Trip

This property was perfect for our "girls trip" of my mother, my daughter and myself. The location is excellent, and easy to find. Beds were comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet, and enjoyed my coffee on the back deck.

We really enjoyed your home! This home is the best equipped home we have rented. The owner has truly thought of everything!The beds were very comfortable & plenty of towels, dishes etc...Very quiet neighborhood was a big plus for us!We hope to be able to rent again when we return to Bella Vista!

Great neighborhood

My daughter, son-in-law, 14 month old grandson, husband, and I stayed at the property. The host was quick to reply to my questions. The neighborhood was very quiet, which was perfect for us.

Girls Weekend

I brought my daughters down for the weekend and we had a wonderful time. I would love to come back in the summer to explore the beach that is so close to this house. Very quiet neighborhood. About 20 minutes from downtown Bentonville but worth the drive.

Cute and Convenient

Nicely renovated property with simple taste and decor. Perfect size for a small gathering and close enough to all the amenities Bella Vista has. Our only complaint was the mattress was not very comfortable, but we slept well anyways. Would definitely book this property again.

This was our first time, we usually prefer Nice hotels. We were pleasantly surprised. My Husband, adult Son and Daughter really enjoyed our stay. Great Bella Vista Experience!

Excellent, clean and comfortable. Perfect spot for my family and the mountain bike enthusiast, with a bike stand and tools to boot. This house Is a hop skip and a jump to miles of single track, including Huntley Gravity Zone. The owner was super knowledgeable and helpful, making our Bella Vista/Bentonville experience all the more enjoyable. Looking forward to staying here again.

Just as advertised!

The family spent spring break here. Loved the location and the clean and updated home. Loved the garage with the bike stand and the kayaks. Would come back again for sure. Overall we really enjoyed the home and had no issues. The only cons were that the master shower is at a height for adults less than 5’ in height and the beds were ok but not great. Still giving the place 5 stars and happy with our stay!!

Great time and a great place to stay

We couldn’t have been happier with this house. It had everything you needed. It was a short ride to several trails. It’s such a great value. We are extremely grateful for the owners of this home to let us enjoy Arkansas with our family! We will definitely stay here next time.

Arkansas In the Summer

This property is amazing. The owner and his wife have done a great job updating and making this feel like home. We used it as a home base while riding Gravel in the area and doing a race in Fayetville. Everything was spot on, worked great, lots of utensils in the kitchen for cooking, and the A/C Kicks!! Thanks again for letting us rent from you, I am coming back again for another race, and this will be the house I will be renting.
