This place is a gem! Our family loved the huge pool, fishing in the canal, seeing dolphins in the bay, and walking to the beach. Beach wagon, chairs, and coolers were great to have. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. We hope to be back again!

Awesome little house... very clean, well stocked, comfortable, great AC, nicely appointed, cozy couches, nice beds, nice big TV, very secure, quiet, and close proximity to the beach. The pool is great, just wish there was a chiller pump as it gets pretty warm because of how hot it is outside. Very pretty canal/bay views, easy check-in, great communication from the host... no complaints whatsoever.

Our stay at was nothing short of perfect for our honeymoon. House was super clean upon arrival and the pool and landscaping was well maintained throughout our stay. Views, pool, hot tub, gorgeous home; what more could you ask for? Absolutely wonderful time and we can't wait to come back!

Property was wonderful! Very clean and exceeded our expectations. The backyard is a quiet oasis from the spring break crowds and is a quick walk to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped and appreciated the use of pool and beach equipment.

Beautiful Property

This was our first time visiting Anna Maria Island and this home was the perfect spot for our family. We loved watching the sunrise from the swing in the yard, looking out over the bay, the hot tub, and the pool. The house is a short walk to the beach to watch the most beautiful sunsets over the island. There are several good restaurants close by. We also rented a golf cart which made exploring the island a lot fun. We would definitely recommend this property and would love to stay again.

Home away from home

All communication was done in a timely manner. Check-in was simple and convenient. We arrived to the property and was able to enjoy are vacation immediately. The home was in a great location. The area was very quiet at night which made for many relaxing nights outside by the pool or in the jacuzzi. Would definitely stay at this location again.

Perfect Getaway with Mom

I wanted a relaxing, private place for my Mom and I to enjoy for almost a month during winter. This was it! The outdoor space couldn’t be nicer. We loved the sound of the fountain in the pool and the privacy of the outdoor space. It’s about .3 mile walk to beach and garage is stocked with a cart and chairs. Communication with owner was timely. We loved walking everyday on the streets and beach. We will definitely come back again!

Dream House by the water

The house was spotless, so very clean. Professionally decorated. Well stocked with all the items you could possibly need, including beach and pool toys. Awesome neighborhood, waking distance to the beach. Perfect house! We brought our boat and docked it next to the house for the duration of the stay. Plenty of places to explore on the boat. Trailer parking is tight, so plan ahead. Narrow street and 90 degree turns to get to the house. Red tide was present at the beach and waterways. Really sad to see. Fishing was not possible. We chose not to bathe at the beach. Most people did not seemed to mind.

Outdoor oasis!

Our family really enjoyed our stay and would come back! The backyard is an oasis, with something for everyone! The pool and hot tub are great, and you can fish and enjoy the water views from the side yard. We even rented a boat and kept it at the house for our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and private, and it's a quick and easy walk to the beach. The property was very clean overall, which can be tough with beach rentals. The owner was very responsive too. The critique I'd have is that the kitchen is not super well appointed and is not ideal for a family that likes to cook in a lot, but it's workable. Some items were put back in cabinets and drawers by previous guests without being well cleaned, but the owner was having a deep clean done as a follow-up to the feedback to ensure things get addressed. The outdoor furniture could use some attention, and the kitchen/bathroom are in need of an update. All of this being said, you aren't staying here for the inside and you will absolutely want to spend all of your time outside!

Very nice property!

This house is just as advertised. Very clean and nicely decorated. The house had more than ample bath towels and beach towels, kitchen and bath supplies which we appreciated since we flew and couldn’t bring a lot with us. There is a nice coffee maker and ice maker. The pool is beautiful. It’s right on the canal and my daughter was also able to fish and caught two! Rods in the garage. There are beach supplies including chairs and a nice wagon. The beach is a five minute walk away. The beach was very nice and not crowded. If you want to check out a different beach which there are plenty, you will need to drive. We rented a golf cart which worked great to get around the island and get to shopping and restaurants. The only cons would be that the shower is pretty small and there is only one so it took some time for everyone to shower. We knew this going into it. The dishwasher didn’t always clean dishes very well. We sometimes had to rerun it. And the sliding door in the master jammed and was difficult to lock. Otherwise, we had a great time and really enjoyed this house!

Home needs upkeep and problem after problem with rude homeowner

The house it self is in a good location in Bradenton Beach. However upon arrival you can tell that it needs a lot of tlc and updating. Everything is quite old and dated and needed replaced. The dishwasher needed re aligning and kept falling out upon use, we had an ant issue and found numerous small ants under the fridge, stove and bathroom. Every night we would get flying ants in the bathroom. The shower was not cleaned properly and had what looked like mold and needed to be properly cleaned. So we would use the outdoor shower instead. I have never stayed at a vrbo in which the renter didn't supply coffee or tea. The only thing we received as far as supplies was one toilet paper role and some dish soap and body washes and shampoo. One night the lock did not work upon coming back and just kept spinning. Once getting a hold of the home owner they sent someone out to fix it the next day. Then upon fixing the issue ( replacing the battery) they claimed there was nothing wrong with the lock and mentioned the inconvenience of this to my husband to send someone out for us. Pretty much accusing us of saying it was broken. Further more the pool sensor faulted one day. Meaning the pool and hot tub wouldn't heat up. The owner then said they would send someone out to fix it. We didn't hear back about it until the next evening. When someone came to fix it the following afternoon we went just under three days without use. No understanding from homeowner when asked for a refund.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The pool, hot tub and house are maintained impeccably!!

Christy is an amazing host who answers quickly to all your needs and will do anything to ensure your stay is the best ever. The house is very clean and decorated beautifully. The pool and the hot tub are awesome and the perfect temperature. I can't say enough about our stay and the owner. Everything was perfect!

Amazing Time

We had such a great time in AMI & this house was perfect! My 2 younger boys had the best time swimming & fishing. They caught several fish & we even saw manatees come into the canal. The house was clean and easy to get to restaurants, putt putt & shops!

Unbelievable Vacation Home

We had a very enjoyable experience staying at Cabana Bay! Every detail was considered and the upgrades in the home are amazing. We brought our boat and rented a golf cart to get around the island. The pool and spa were the perfect temperature and the view can’t be beat. If your dates are available stop looking and book this house!

Wonderfully cozy!!

Everything we needed and wanted was at our fingertips. Thank you so much for such a great place to rest and relax after our days of adventure. Christy was right there when I needed her too as we got a little confused finding our way, I felt like I was talking to a friend. We had 2 adults and 2 teens and it was the perfect size for us. Clean, cozy, comfortable and a great location. Highly recommended!! We will be back!
