Falcons Crest @ Sugar Hollow Marina on beautiful Norris Lake! Breathtaking views!!! Huge 4000sq ft 6 bedroom, 4-1/2 bath lake home close to Sugar Hollow Marina. Rental includes a private Covered Slip at Sugar Hollow Marina for your boat as well as FRONT ROW RESERVED PARKING as an added BONUS!! Double new composite decks on the back allows everyone room to enjoy the beautiful lake and mountain views. Inside the main level boasts a large living/dining room with abundant windows just off the spacious kitchen.

On the main level you will find a fully stocked kitchen, large living room, washer/dryer, and master bedroom with full en-suite bath. Additionally 2 bedrooms and a full hall bath are also located on the main level. Upstairs are two huge family bedrooms, a sitting/gaming/bonus room and a full bath. The lower level feels like a whole other house with a large private bedroom, kitchenette, full bath, den/fireplace and a huge recreation area.

Great time

Other then some internet issues that were corrected everything was great! Teenage boys loved the game machines available. Us older folks loved the deck that gave us a beautiful view. All you need to bring is clothes, beverages and food.

Great stay close to marina

We had a great stay @Falcon Crest and they were quick on answering any questions or special requests. Note that the internet connection is a bit spotty due to using a WISP as the network provider (as is to be expected in most locations around the lake given lack of infrastructure). We ended up using our phones as HotSpots as both at&t and version seemed to have on average 2-3 bars of LTE connection.

Amazing House - Great Location… Awesome Owner

My family rented this house for the week after Jul 4, 2022. The house…. It’s extremely clean and has tons of space. The kitchen is very large and has a large kitchen table to comfortably seat 8-12+ people. The family room has two large plush couches with a great view of the lake. The back patio doors lead you to a newer composite deck. The view of the lake is amazing and has a ton of yard for kids to play. The yard is sloped but still useable. The bedrooms are all very spacious and the basement is also huge with couches, kitchen table and several game options (pool table, air hockey and darts). It also has a fridge. Again the basement is huge and it’s awesome for entertaining your guests. The location,.. the house is located a couple mins from the Sugar Hollow marina and has a reserved front row parking spot. Additionally the Shanghai marina is a short 10 min drive and you can rent boats at either marina. The owner…. He is top notch and puts his customers first. John’s communication was excellent and was very prompt to answer questions. He has an awesome house and location. I’ve been to Norris Lake multiple times and this is by far my favorite rental. My family had an amazing time and we were very grateful to find this gem of a property. Will continue to rent from John for years to come.

Spacious family retreat with stunning views

4 generations with a teen girl, small boy and a toddler and no one was bored! The layout offered some privacy for each family and there were fun things to do and places to relax in every floor. The view from the deck was breathtaking. I enjoyed spending time with my family for the holidays. We were able to seat our family of 9 at the dining table with comfort and cooking and cleaning in the kitchen was a breeze with room for 3 people to work without crowding. I would love to see the lake in the summer. We will be back.

Great Place for a Family & Friends Annual Vacation

Our group has an annual trip to Norris Lake each year and Falcon's Crest @ Sugar Hollow was a great place to have it! It was a large enough house for everyone to spread out or come together! There's a balcony off of the kitchen, with plenty of seating which helped a lot at meal times! The game room downstairs was fantastic for the kids and teenagers with us. The boat slip and parking spot at Sugar Hollow marina were great benefits to this rental as well! The house was very clean and the kitchen was pretty well equipped. There was plenty of silverware, plates, bowls, etc. And there were a decent number of pots and pans. The yard was great for the kids to run around in once we were back from the Lake for the day, but the pictures don't really convey the slope of the backyard. While not surprising on Norris Lake, if you're planning to rent here, know that the back yard has a pretty good slope, making it difficult to find a flat spot to put up a volleyball net, etc. There were only 2 issues which were reported to the Property Owner: ants in the kitchen -- which he warned me about -- and the dryer in the laundry didn't dry very well. These were minor inconveniences and would NOT keep me from staying here again or recommending it to others. The property owner/manager, John was easy to contact and any responses from him were very timely. John - thanks so much for helping us have a great Lake trip!

Must stay here!

This property is beautiful! So much space! Room for multiple families to spread out. Great beds and furniture. Nicely decorated and the view was amazing! Reserved parking and boat slip were great to have too!

Loved it!

I took our church ladies here for a retreat and it was lovely. Very comfortable and had a homey vibe to it. Would definitely recommend and would stay again also.
