We are on a clean open flow canal and that's very important as many canals in the Florida Keys have debris settling and this creates a terrible stench . We are a short canoe or boat ride to the open ocean making this location a sought after vacation Property for fishermen and avid Divers alike.

Jump in and take a swim right from the dock in our clean canal if you like just be aware of that occasional passing boats or jets ski . Dock your boat behind the house or rent from the many boat rental locations near by .

Dock will accommodate up to 27 ft. vessel comfortably but can handle a larger boat if needed so ask if you want to bring a larger vessel we will evaluate or try to work something out with you in a neighboring slip .
