Beautifully renovated two bedroom, two bathroom condo in gated community. This second floor condo has a spacious floor plan with 75 inch flat screen TV in living room, master bedroom with king bed, 55 inch flat screen TV, attached bath with large soaker tub/shower combo and walk in closet. The second bedroom has two twin beds, 50in flat screen TV, an attached bath with shower and an oversized walk in closet. Community pool, Weber grills and gym. Five minutes to Madeira Beach! And just a minute or two walk to get on Pinellas Trail. Walking distance to grocery stores, shops, restaurants and movie theater. 30 day minimum preferred.

One month stay

The only thing we didn’t like was the camera in the enclosed porch area, it should have been on the entrance door to see who was coming in or out. We didn’t sit out there because we felt like we were being watched.

Quiet condo near the beach

My husband and I enjoyed our escape from northern winters at this lovely condo. The location is just 10 minutes from Madeira Beach and close to shopping and restaurants. I used the fitness center several times a week and we also played shuffleboard and used the pool on occasion. The owner was very responsive when there were some minor repair issues or questions. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was nicely furnished. Beach chairs need replacing. Everything else was fine.

Month in Seminole

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Very clean and convenient to attractions nearby. The one drawback was bedrooms could have used a dresser or some sort of drawers to store our clothes. TV’s were fantastic.

Comfort and style

My husband and I enjoyed every moment of our stay. The condo was clean and the decor was very appealing. The condo was nicely stocked and the owner was attentive and helpful. We enjoyed our month very much! The condo complex is very nice also.

Great Location to Multiple Beaches

We stayed one month at this property and were very pleased with the overall experience. Conda was on the 2nd floor and was clean, updated decor and only 10 minutes to Maderia, Reddington, Indian Shores and Treasure Island beaches. Also, the Seminal City Centre is minutes away with great shopping and restaurants. Added benefit was the Pinellas Trail runs close to the Condo complex for those that like to walk, run or bike. The complex is nothing fancy, but it's clean and the residents we met were very warm and welcoming. The owner of the unit is great as she provided a listing of things to do in the area and was very response when I had questions. If we make it back to this area, will not hesitate to stay here again.

Lovely Property

The condo was as advertised. The interior of the condo was up to date and clean. The grounds were well taken care of and well maintained. The pool had plenty of seating and was a 2 minute walk from the unit. Stores and beaches were all just a short drive from the unit. The owner quickly responded any questions we had.

Paradise minutes from beaches

We loved the gated community and closeness of the condo to so many beaches! Plenty of room for 4 of us for the week! Beds were amazing and towels provided were high quality! Beach chairs and coolers and toys left there made our beach days fun and easy! We will be back!

What an amazing condo !

First of all cleanliness is A+ Lovely place to relax in quiet area. Soft colors gave feeling of beach and sun! Bedding, towels, even dishes were good quality. Great taste and decoration. Pool so clean salt water no chlorine smell. Property manager communicated very quickly. If you want to be close to the beach but not in all loud traffic, in a nice extremely clean and quiet place - this is it!!

Home away from home

We had a great time. The unit is very spacious for everyone; even with 2 kids. The unit was nicely decorated with a Beach theme. We were really surprised how comfortable the beds were. We all slept well. Also the community property is well taken care of and so friendly.

Wonderful place to stay!

Condo was in a very convenient location to many stores, beaches, and our family we were there to visit. It was decorated beautifully and the amenities were fantastic! Will definitely see if this place is available for our next trip to visit.

Perfect Stay!

Beautiful, clean and updated property. Well stocked and comfortable bed! The complex is well maintained. We met several friendly owners and renters. Heated pool was wonderful, and never had issues with chair availability, even though it was Spring Break.

Excellent location!

This was a perfect location! It was less than 10 minutes from the beach. We went back every night to see the sunset! We also loved that Starbucks was within walking distance and an amazing burger joint was right outside the gate! The property was clean and quiet. We didn’t use the pool, but it is within sight of the condo. We spent most of our time at the beach; however, we spent a day in Tampa at the aquarium and river walk. We also took the trolley (which is free) from downtown Tampa into Ybor and enjoyed Cuban food and a tour of the cigar factory. You can’t go wrong with this centrally located property!
