Cozy, comfortable pool home centrally located close to beaches, boating, dining, and shopping. Fully equipped, brand new kitchen. Quiet, safe neighborhood with 24-hour check-in via door code for convenience. Private, fully fenced-in backyard with 6 ft deep in-ground heated pool and hot tub. Outdoor TV connected to wifi on the back patio. Lounge by the pool in comfy chairs or in the hammock and throw some food on the grill while catching the game!

The master bedroom has a queen size bed with private bathroom, along with a bonus small room/closet to keep belongings or use for a pack-n-play set up area. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and shares a full bathroom with the 3rd bedroom, which has 2 twin beds. Full kitchen with everything you need to make meals including: pots and pans, dishes, a crock pot, a mini crock pot for those game day dips, toaster, coffee pot, Keurig, air fryer, and Ninja blender. All sheets and towels are provided.

You will also find a pack-n-play with sheets, dining booster seat (not a full high chair), children’s plates, bowls, and cups, along with beach toys and a couple of coolers for your stay. Beach towels are provided. There is a washer and dryer on site. Smart TVs with Roku throughout and super fast Wifi included.

Just a short drive to world-famous attractions, such as Walt Disney World, Universal Studios Orlando, and Sea World (90 miles). Check out the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, Clearwater Beach, and Busch Gardens in the local area.

Please note - this is a non-smoking property. No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the residence, in the backyard/pool area, or near any open doors or windows. Smoking is permitted outside, but only in the front patio, driveway, or street.

Spa heat is included in the booking. Pool heat is not included in the rental price as it is seasonal. Pool heat is $20/night and must be added after booking. To add pool heat, let us know in advance to invoice you for your stay.

Disclosure - There are 3 outdoor cameras on this property. There is a Ring Doorbell camera at the front door, a camera at the backyard gate, and a camera at the pool equipment for the safety and security of our guests and our home. There are NO indoor cameras, and our cameras do not face any doors, windows, or the pool/spa itself. If any cameras are tampered with, covered, or disabled in any way during your stay, your rental will end immediately with no refund. There is also a $250 fee for tampering per camera. There may be additional fees or fines for any actual damage to the camera equipment.

We love FL, what a great place to vacation or live - and it is also loved by many others, including native wildlife of all kinds. At times, we've had unexpected visitors at our home/yard including lizards (fun!), birds, peacocks (beautiful!), armadillos, bugs/insects, and even possums (don't pet 'em). Most of these local guests stay outside, but on rare occasions, the very smallest of them can make it into any home. Rest assured, we spray for insects quarterly, so any you may find inside will be dead or will be not long after they have made it into the home (this includes Palmetto Bugs, which look like roaches, but are NOT German roaches).
