Stunning 3 bed 2 bath single story home located minutes from downtown and the strip. The home includes indoor and outdoor fireplaces, air hockey table, corn hole and outdoor wireless bluetooth speakers. Home comes fully stocked with all your cooking and dishware essentials.

Cleaning policy: The house must be left as found, meaning no damage or missing items to receive full security deposit refund. The security deposit will be returned to you if the house is left with no damage, missing items, and/or additional cleaning charges. The original $199.00 cleaning fee in non-refundable.

Owner lives in Las Vegas and is available from 7am - 11pm.

Owner is available 24 hours for emergencies.

Pets allowed with prior approval of owner. Pet fee of $150 must be paid prior to arrival.

No smoking in the home of any kind, doing so will result in a 500 dollar charge. (Smoke outside and dispose of all butts) do not leave butts on the grounds.

Cleaning Policy: The house must be left as found, meaning no damage or missing items to receive a full security deposit refund. The security deposit will be returned to you if the house is left with no damage, missing items and or additional cleaning charges. The original $199.00 cleaning fee is non-refundable.
Guests must agree to the following:
1. You will leave the house in the same condition as arrival, minus the normal cleaning that we do.
2. You will be completely responsible for any and all damage to the house or property caused by your negligence.
3. You will hold the owners harmless from any and all bodily injury and/or property damage incurred on the property.
4. You agree to forfeit any portion of the security/damage deposit that is reasonably attributable to broken, damaged, or missing items
5. Front and rear entrance monitored by ring doorbell camera for guests security
6. A fully refundable $250 damage hold with be authorized on day of check in. Please be sure to have the $250 available in your account for the hold, failed holds may result in a delayed check in. The hold will be released 3-5 business days after check out as long as there are no damages.
Quiet hours are from 10pm-10am

Wonderful property and host

This stay was great all around. The house was clean and comfortable, close to restaurants, stores, and the highway. The neighborhood is quiet. The host was friendly, very responsive, and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Relaxing Stay

We had a very relaxing time. Since we went to visit my father, the property was near him and also dog friendly. My husband loves to cook on vacation and the kitchen had a lot of items on hand. Anthony, the owner, was very helpful as well. We would love to come back! -Evonne

Fun in Vegas!

This house was perfect for our family. The teens loved the air hockey table, grandma liked her own TV in her bedroom and the dog liked the fenced backyard. The house was clean and comfortable. Not too far from the strip and Fremont Street. We had a great time!

Vegas Trip

Very cool home on a corner lot, nicely decorated and very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood about 20 minutes from The Strip. The Host Anthony is very responsive and helpful. I will definitely stay at this vacation rental again on our next trip to Las Vegas.

Lovely Home

This home is wonderful for families. Super clean. Lovely dog/ kid park an easy walk a block away. Air hockey table and corn hole boards were a hit with all ages. Very communicative host with all our newbie questions. . Quiet neighborhood …Would highly recommend if you’re visiting Vegas with a family.

Not Bad

This place is OK, the beds are good, and plenty of room but nowhere to put a suitcase or clothing, just on the floor, would be nice to have a dresser or something in the bedrooms. The couch needs to be replaced, the cushions are awful and uncomfortable to sit on. The cable didn’t work and there are basically no pans to cook with. The yard was full of weeds and just not taken care of. The reviews and the pics are misleading and for the price I expected more.

Comfortable and ckean

We had a nice comfortable bed. Since my partner snores we used 2 bedrooms and both beds were great. It was close to hiking Valley of fire as well as red rock. The host Anthony responded immediately to messages. There was many amenities such as soap, shampoo, paper towels as well as sponges and dish soap. He even had hangers in closets. My dog liked the back yard but it is dusty so im glad i brought dog wipes. The only thing bad was no throw rugs so the floor was cold In bedroom and toilet area. No outdoor mats so my dog and us brought sand in the home. Plenty of toilet paper though. Tv's were in every bedroom and living room as well as wifi. I would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous Stay

From the moment I first talked to host everything was wonderful. The house is beautiful. The kitchen is very well stocked with spices and things u need to cook. Back yard was great. Just all a great stay. Will stay here again for sure.

Good option for families

Greta Property for our purposes. Not far from the Strip / shopping, good food options close by. Back patio is nice with Bluetooth speaker, makes a nice spot for morning coffee!

Great for dogs!

The house is not luxurious and not in the swanky section of Vegas, but it is clean and has lots of room. The back yard is secure and safe for your dogs and the interior has a nice vinyl flooring throughout. There is a nice park across the street, and the neighborhood is quiet and well kept. The Air hockey game is a nice touch. The host is very responsive. We would stay here again, it suited our needs perfectly.

Vegas Get Away

This house is very beautiful it's simple it's clean and the property manager was very easy to get in touch with and talk to. I really want to thank the owner because it's hard to find good properties the outside area was very beautiful and easy to maintain for us smokers. Would definitely recommend staying here about 20 minutes to the strip and the Ubers come quick so be ready. There's a beautiful Park about two short blocks away awesome mountain views and there was a small air show that we could see from the backyard over the mountains awesome weekend thank you again

Nice house

Overall a very nice property. It was just a bit further from the strip then we thought, about 20-30 min depending on traffic. But very comfortable. Great little fenced in yard in back so our dogs could stretch their legs and a nice park across the street to walk them. Over all I would recommend this house.

North Las Vegas easy access

Great location close to so much North Las Vegas has to offer. A few Dog parks nearby, and plenty of shopping and dining in the area. Easy to get to downtown as well. The place was clean, and the AC worked great. Communication with the owner was very timely.

Amazing Pet friendly stay

This house was incredibly comfortable and the perfect Vegas getaway for my family and two big dogs. It was perfect for the pets and included an air hockey table and corn hole that kept us entertained for hours. Large smart TVs in every room was a huge plus. And tile floors throughout and gated backyard was perfect for the pets. Anthony was very friendly and accommodating our special requests. Highly reccomend.

Exactly what we needed!

The Dove Ln house was exactly what 3 friends and I needed for a quick 4 day trip to Las Vegas. The house is relatively well furnished with 3 comfy beds and enough space to spread out as needed between trips to downtown, the Speedway, etc. The neighborhood is questionable but shouldn't be an issue. A healthy middle ground to quick restaurants on Craig Rd as well as just 15 minutes or so to the Strip. Overall, we would stay there again. Anthony was great to respond to questions as needed as well as a comfortable digs. Thanks!

Anthony quickly fell in love with the city and knew that he wanted to help others enjoy the amazing things Las Vegas has to offer, landing him at Keller Williams Southern Nevada. His passion for his city and background in hospitality and service management have made real estate a dream profession for him.

Corner lot with RV Parking. I completely remodeled the property myself and want others to enjoy it. The large gated lot is perfect for dogs and I know leaving our pets behind can be heartbreaking at times.
