Ideally located in a quiet neighborhood, offering exceptional views that change with the tides over the western part of the bay—St. Pol-de-Léon, Roscoff, and Île Callot—with magnificent sunsets.
Everything is within walking distance: downtown, beaches, Île Callot, movie theater, golf course, sailing club, and supermarket (10–15 minutes) or via a free shuttle in the summer.
Accommodations
Kitchen with dining area equipped with all necessary appliances (oven, microwave, induction cooktop, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, drip and French press coffee makers, kettle, blender...) The bathrooms feature a large shower with a rain showerhead and a sink. The bedrooms feature large beds: 3 measuring 180x200 cm, 2 measuring 160x200 cm, and 1 measuring 90x190 cm, along with a closet and storage space. Baby equipment (high chair, travel crib, mattress)
Rate includes all utilities (housekeeping, sheets, towels, heating, electricity, Wi-Fi...). Private parking for 2 cars and free street parking.

Additional notes
- Two very comfortable hammocks allow you to enjoy views of the bay (depending on the tides and sunsets!) from two bedrooms (first floor and first floor) or from the upstairs terrace.
- A small west-facing beach and shore fishing (cockles and clams) right in front of the house! (Please respect the minimum size limits!)
- View of the oyster beds at low tide.
- Free shuttle in July/August, on the street 200 meters away. (Every 20 minutes, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., 7 days a week). Connections to Morlaix (train station or downtown).
