Maui Banyan Resort is situated on 8 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds located in South Maui across the street from the popular Kamaole Beach Park II. This white sandy beach is perfect for swimming and snorkeling. It is a 5-minute drive to the Wailea Resort shops, golf courses, and tennis courts. Maui Banyan features a swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ area, tennis court, and covered parking. Take a walk on the sand just directly across the street or lounge by one of the pools with your favorite book. This complex has something for everybody; upscale amenities, a relaxing atmosphere and a prime location right in the heart of Kihei. Several great restaurants and shops are within walking distance as well as a surf school!

Guests to this home will have access to two pools, two hot tubs, outdoor barbecues, tennis court, and lounge chairs. Aside from beautiful beaches, the neighborhood is also in great proximity to golf courses and all of the convenient services in Kihei. There are also more sunny days on this part of Maui.

Beautiful Oasis

Perfect location and space for an extended stay in Maui! With a short walk to the beach (chairs included!) and cleanly space, everything was amazing. Host was incredibly response when needed, too!

Excellent small property in a great location

Excellent property very clean and nicely updated. Very comfortable beds. Great location in Kihei only minutes away from the beach. The only downside was their is no laundry in the unit. Staff and front desk receptionist were all very friendly. Maui Banyon property is very well maintained.

Awesome rental walking distance from beach and shops

We were really happy with this rental! It accommodated my family of four. Parking was hassle free. We were in walking distance from the beach, restaurants and shops. Excellent communication and recommendations from Carol, our property caretaker. All around an awesome experience! I will book this rental again!

Great location!

The unit we had was essentially like a hotel room with 2 beds, fridge and microwave. Completely functional but not a large space. The unit and the building is very clean and well cared for and in a great location with on-site covered parking, steps to beaches and nearby restaurants and shops. If this is what you are looking for, this unit will work great for you.

Great location lack of care taking

I wouldn't call this a studio it's just a hotel room with dishes. Needs a deep cleaning and could be a really great space.

The property was advertised much differently then it actually was.

The renting was easy but very misleading and very expensive for what we got.

Studio was small. We would pay more for a 1 bedroom w/ washer/dryer access next time. 1 beach towel was provided. Some coffee and a microwave would have been nice. The bread maker was a waste of space in my opinion. Location for the complex was good and convenient.

clean room, except shower was moldy. Balcony is quite small. small refrigerator and quite noisy. lacking door seals for both the front entrance door and adjoining room door, from which we could hear everything the neighbors were doing and saying.

Fine except for issue with ants

Main issue with this property was ants - all over the counters, dressers, side tables and floors. Check-in wasn’t available at said time because they were delayed in cleaning in between guests, but that wasn’t a huge issue as we waited by the pool until the room was ready. These issues aside, we enjoyed our stay and the location was great.

Clean and centrally located

The room was ready on time and spotless. This property is centrally located in terms of site seeing and so easy to get around! This property is easily accessible, there are shops, restaurants, bars, grocery stores and beaches all within a short walk. The host had beach towels, snorkel gear, boogie boards and beach chairs on the property for us to use which was a nice surprise! There are two pools, two hot tubs, an outdoor shower, a tennis court and even a car wash station which is great if you plan on renting a car and visiting The Road to Hana as your vehicle will get muddy. This is definitely a quiet complex which was great for us but if you’re looking for a party this place is not for you. The host also includes a little guide in the room with things to see and restaurant suggestions which was super helpful. We did see ants inside the property however our property advisor Rachel was very responsive and came within hours to take care of this issue. Don’t let this deter you, Hawaii is known for it’s lush agriculture so you will be seeing some bugs along your journey. We can’t wait to visit again! Mahalo!

Nice condo, great location

This condo property was very nice and well maintained. The room was small, but that's all we needed because me and my 2 sisters were out doing activities on lovely Maui most of the time. BBQ'd by the pool several times. Pool & jacuzzi were very clean and pleasant. The owner was very nice and accommodating too. I recommend this condo when staying in Maui!

Great location

The studio condo was a very clean. A little tight with two queen beds, which were very nice. Great location with nice beaches across from the resort. Also a few restaurants that are close by. Would definitely stay there again.

Great! Would recommend, amazing location

Rented with two friends, entire group 22-25. Great location, close walk to the beach and walkable distance to the ‘bar-muda triangle’. Few restaurants very close walking distance but most close at 10 pm. Unit itself was very nice and clean.
