Maui Banyan F-203 Stunning 1 Bedroom Condo With AC
**This is a beautiful 1-bedroom 1 bath condo with vaulted ceilings and is right across from the beach!
We offer a beautiful 1-bedroom garden view unit with high vaulted ceilings (one of only 14 units at the complex with vaulted ceilings) that has been stylishly remodeled. This condo has a remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters, carbonized bamboo flooring in the main living area and bedroom, travertine marble in the kitchen and bathroom, and large flat screen TV's in the living room and bedroom. New Split AC system!
**Please note: This is on the 2nd floor and there is NO elevator.
The Maui Banyan is conveniently located in Desirable South Kihei (where all the nice sandy swimming beaches are). This is the drier and sunnier side of Maui.
Fantastic Kamaole II beach is right across the street from the Maui Banyan and this unit is one of the closest to the beach. This beach also has a lifeguard. Snorkeling, Sailing, Surfing, Boogie boarding and dozens of other activities are all nearby. The condo is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants and cafe's. Wailea is a short couple minute drive and offers many high end shops and restaurants. Minutes away from championship golf. The best beginner surfing is a mile away in downtown Kihei. On property amenities include two swimming pools which include jet spas, complimentary tennis courts and several gas BBQ's conveniently located to our unit.
