Great apartment…and, team!

We really enjoyed our Chalet Rütschi apartment! The apartment was spacious, comfortable & well located. We also really appreciated the responsiveness & assistance from the InterHome team, specifically L.! We hope to return, again, on day.

For the amount of money we paid for a 7 night stay, I would have expected better customer service. Interhome, the property management company, was incredibly slow to respond. We only received 1 garbage bag, 1 paper towel roll and no bath towel refresh for our entire stay. I won't be booking through Interhome again.

Great holidays

We spent wonderful two weeks in Zermatt and were very lucky with the weather. The accommodation was great and well equipped. Only a washing machine would have been useful to have. The last night was a bit of a killer due to our neighbors above us, which seem to have been very drunk. One guy overthrew himself over their balcony, which was very disgusting and then they slammed doors and shouted around, keeping our kids awake, unnecessary! But overall the experience was very good.

Lovely apartment, poor maintenance

This is a lovely apartment with good quality fittings and furnishings and plenty of space. There is no hot tub - description is wrong. We had quite a few maintenance issues, many of which were annoying and should have been resolved or noticed by basic checks. Bedside lamps and various bulbs broken, batteries of tv remotes flat, a scraping door. The really annoying one was that the bath jets didn’t work, but then started spontaneously jetting black mould into the bath - this was not resolved.

Thank you for your feedback and suggestions, we take note for improvements. We could not treat the bath jets during this stay as it requires an agressive products, but this is now treated. All the other defects were fixed on the spot.

Very nice apartment

We are a family of 4 who used this apartment over the Christmas week 2024 for skiing. Pros: Plenty of room, great central location to Sunnega and Furi ski lifts. Can walk to larger grocery store. Smaller grocery and bakery very close by. Ski rental down the street. Neighborhood is quiet. Nice to have access to Interhome office staff close by. Wood burning fireplace was nice. Radiant heating worked pretty well. Nice area to store skis and boots on first floor.Cons: no microwave, no laundry, no hot tub. Spa was very nice with both steam room and dry sauna, however it was non-functional for several days when we wanted to use it, also has restricted hours of use. Can easily hear noise from floor above. No paper products provided in kitchen (no paper towels or napkins), only one trash bag and very little dishwasher soap provided. Poor instructions provided for required trash and recycling removal.

Die Wohnung war sehr grosszügig, praktisch und gemütlich eingerichtet. Viel Platz in Schränken und Kommoden und ein funktionaler Skiraum. In der Küche fehlt lediglich ein Mikrowellen-Ofen für diese Preiskategorie. Die Sauberkeit war aber mangelhaft. Wir wissen, dass an unserem Anreisetag grosse Probleme vorherrschten mit An-/Abreise durch Bahnsperre, daher betrachten wir das als entschuldbares Ereignis. Insgesamt war aber sonst alles perfekt

Sauberes schönes Appartement

Leider nächtliche Ruhestörung durch andere Feriengäste über uns. Dafür können Sie aber nichts. Aus ökologischer Sicht haben wir 2 Anmerkungen: Mülltrennung wird nicht leicht gemacht. Gerade für Plastik. Dass die Sauna immer (bis auf Sa.) ab 16:00 Uhr läuft ist energetisch nicht sinnvoll. Man könnte bei Bedarf anschalten und nach 1/2 Std reingehen.
