Lovely beach cottage with private deck, walk to the beach, vineyards nearby

Beautiful spot on the North Fork’s Long Island Sound- Quaint beach cottage in the heart of the North Fork, just a short 5 minute walk to the beach on the Long Island Sound. Great location, our home away from home. This truly is our happy place and when we are not using it, we would love to share the beauty with others. Just being out here is a breath of fresh air!! We updated the cabin when we bought it and thus it is clean and many amenities are new. The cottage has two bedrooms plus a pull out couch in the living room, it sleeps 6. We have equipped the cottage with new furniture. The dining room table sits 5-6 people, the bathroom has shower and tub, there is a full kitchen with all appliances. In front, we have an outdoor deck with a table and grill, perfect for entertaining and relaxing after a day at the beach. There is a small backyard as well for lounging and playing games. Each room has an air conditioner. The cottage is in a private community with kind neighbors and the beach is a close walk away.
Conveniently located near dozens of beautiful vineyards, beaches, golf courses, marinas, horse farms and farms where one can locate fresh local produce. Minutes from other North Fork beaches and attractions, 15 minutes from Westhampton Beach, 25 minutes from Southampton, and close enough to Sag Harbor, Water Mill, Greenport, Southold and other fabulous towns to go exploring for a day trip! This area is just as beautiful during springtime , summer and fall- when the farms are bustling and leaves are changing! This is a summer community and this is open from April through October.
