Host was always very responsive with any questions. The house had everything we needed! Loved that pets were welcome so that our entire family could be together. Overall a great neighborhood location as well. Would stay again!

MAJOR SEWER LINE PROBLEMS! Property was as pictured, but the sewer line backed up & filled the bathroom floors with nasty brown chunky sewage water. The host blamed us for, “using to much” toilet paper & said we caused the problem. I ABSOLUTELY DISAGREE! I do not believe that we caused this problem, it was present when we arrived.In less than an hour of our arrival my husband was taking a shower in the master bathroom & the toilet was gurgling. It did this EVERY TIME we showered.Toilets had a large note taped to the top of them stating to be careful what you flush so our group was careful to follow the instruction.In for a family wedding, @ property Fri. & Sat. out on a 7:00AM flt. Sun., only 2 nights @ property. Around 12:15AM Sun.started washer & ran a bath…sewage began seeping out of the flange of the toilet in the guest bathroom & also backing up into the master shower. We began cleaning it up & called host. Host answered but was unintelligible, wife said he had taken some sleeping pills & could not be of help. She came to property, around 1:00 AM but beyond agreeing we couldn’t wash anything or run water she couldn’t be of help. Both hosts were difficult to communicate with. They do not listen & Guillermo’s mode of communication is to speak constantly & talk over you, doesn’t seem to listen or hear anything said to him. If you try to talk he gets loud & angry. If you disagree he hangs up on you, that was our experience.

This is a great spot. Close to a supermarket and restaurants. The property is very private due to landscaping. Lots of things to entertain the kids (even adults) pool table, foosball table, darts, plenty of games, a mini piano. The pool was nice and the beds were comfortable. Everything we needed in the kitchen was provided, air fryer, magic bullet, blender, toaster, spices, coffee bar, speakers. Each bedroom had a tv. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. It's a nice location and 20 min to the heart of Naples. We had a nice time and would stay again.

Bonita birthday

We booked this so my daughter and friend had things to do for her birthday. We were not disappointed!This is a beautiful house with everything a family would want: pool, pool table, kayaks, bicycles and the beach is only about a mile away. I hope we can go back again

A fabulous house for our stay. Tons of amenities at the house. So impressed with everything provided. Coolers, beach chairs, a wagon, sand toys. Pool was perfect. Very clean and organized with great communication from the host. Would book this again.

Bonita getaway

We stayed here with family and our dog. We had a great time while enjoying the pool and the nearby beach. The house provided us with everything we needed and more. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful villa, amazing stay... Just book it!

After lots of research we went for this and it 100% delivered.Villa is amazing, very clean, wonderfully laid out, comfy beds, pool was nice and warm and loved the games area next to it. It is fully stocked with everything you could need (bikes, golf clubs, fishing rods, coolers chairs parasols etc). Nice quiet residential location, friendly neighbours, less than 10min drive to the beaches or 25min cycle, supermarkets close by too. If you're looking for a place in Bonita Springs you don't need to look any further.

Great stay

We wanted a chill, fun beach vacation and this delivered. We spent the mornings at the beach and the afternoons in the pool. It was a perfect escape from the cold northeast. The place was super clean, had everything we needed, and was close to everything. Highly recommend!

Would ABSOLUTELY REPEAT

I've rented probably a dozen homes over the years and this one was definitely the cleanest ever! Also, communication with property owner was direct and fast (like texting a friend.)Zero issues with the house which was very well appointed with toys for the kids, super nice/clean/warm private pool, great beach supplies, bikes, scooters, etc.Great experience. 5/5 no question.

The property was exceptional and as advertised. It provided tons of extras - beach toys, beach mats, umbrellas, bikes, scooters, beach towels! The property manager was very responsive for any questions. Safe, quiet neighborhood. We will stay here again!

Loved this house!

Everything about our experience was positive. The owner was accomodating and responsive. The house was spotless and amazingly well-equipped. No matter what you might need for cooking, playing in the pool or going to the beach - it was provided.We were traveling with a baby and the house had a high chair, a baby bathtub and other baby-related equipment. The pool was great. The water temperature was perfect and the outside area was very functional. There were games, puzzles and all kinds of things to do for all ages. The house was on a quiet street and it was a peaceful sanctuary. Although there is a lot to do in the area, there were days that we just stayed at the house and relaxed. We really enjoyed the easy access to Old Bonita Springs where there are fun restaurants, a park and a lovely library. Although we enjoyed our visits to the beach, Old Bonita is a nice laid-back alternative to the high energy beach vibe. If you are looking for a place to stay in this area, we highly recommend this home.

The Oasis

The home is beautiful and the owners were so considerate in how they provided everything we needed to keep the little ones and the grown ups entertained. There are so many fun things to do in the area but we were perfectly content just hanging out at the pool. The owners communication with us was much appreciated and we are hoping to stay here again in the future.

The house that has it all

The house is all they say it is and then some.. they literally thought of everything from the kitchen supplies to the huge TV and awesome couches to the game space with darts, foosball and pool table, to the party lighting and the kitchen pass through… not to mention the mini dog run.. really awesome home. Oh and the water pressure is a 10! The garage of endless water sport adventure gear and even golf clubs? Bravo 👏

You won’t be disappointed!

My family and I (my husband and our 12 year old and 9 year old kids) stayed here 7/7-7/14. Everything is as advertised and overall we had a great experience! The house is well located, convenient to everything, it’s well stocked (we added a few more things to contribute to the house as well.) It was clean, the beds were super comfortable, the pool was great and warm. Communication with the hosts was effortless and started mere minutes after we booked the property. Guillermo is a wonderful host and was incredibly responsive to any questions we had. Overall, we would definitely stay at this property again! Fantastic experience!

We loved our get away here. The property was clean and had everything we needed and more. On sunny days the pool was amazing and everything was just minutes away and on rainy days there were endless amount of games and things to do at the property. Guillermo was a big help and easily available for any questions. We hope to come back and book this property again!
