Amazing Oceanfront 2 bedroom 2 bath condo Crescent Sands @ Windy Hills

Enjoy watching the sunrise over the ocean from your 5th floor private balcony in this 2 bedroom - 2 bath condo located in North Myrtle Beach. The Primary Suite has its own access to the balcony.

Located near many great attractions including: Barefoot Landing (1 mile), Cherry Grove Pier (7 miles), Broadway at the Beach (11 miles), Broadway Grand Prix (12 Miles) plus various local shops, golf courses, and restaurants.

Crescent Sands at Windy Hill has its own private beach access point to the popular and marvelous sands of North Myrtle Beach. The primary bedroom boast a king bed and access to its own private bathroom. Two twin beds finish out the second bedroom. The 2nd bathroom has hallway access as well as access from the second bedroom. There is a sleeper sofa located in the living room for additional sleeping space.

Property grounds feature private pool for condo guest use and a pavilion area for cooking-out. There is a private access point that will lead guests to the beach.

For your convenience, this unit has a washer/dryer. A full array of kitchen appliances both big and small are included.

Linens (sheets and bath towels) and starter paper products are included in the "Cleaning Fees".

Lovely ocean front view from the balcony. Easy access to the beach. It was November so it was cool weather-we walked on the beach but no water activities. However, there was plenty of beach accessories if we had wanted to use them. The decor was quite lovely-the sofa could have been a bit more comfortable. The only TV that allowed streaming is in the second bedroom, the others had cable. No DVD player as in listing. Overall, very nice and we would certainly not hesitate to stay there again.

Room stayed at 75 degrees regardless what it was set to and ran non stop. Note on fridge said to make sure ocean front door remained closed although it would stick and I couldn’t close it from the outside. Entry door, although enabled with a keyless lock, would not automatically lock when departing which was annoying. Tv in living room had no audio so that was a waste. Great location, beds were comfortable. Nice unit overall.

Unfortunately our stay was not what we were expecting. We arrived to a dirty condo that had an odor that was very similar to cat urine. We notified the owner and provided pictures and he was very apologetic and offered for the cleaning crew to come back. We declined bc I had already started the cleaning and we were leaving to meet our son, who we were moving into college. He did issue us a partial refund due to the uncleanliness and my having to clean, which was greatly appreciated . The smell lingered… we tried my son’s air purifier and purchased an essential oil mist diffuser that unfortunately did not help much at all. The sliding glass door in the living room is VERY difficult to close from the outside due to its flush door handle and the difficulty of the door. We had to use the bedroom slider during our stay. Each person had only 1 towel and 1 washcloth for 5 night stay. The views are amazing and it was great being right on the beach,

This is our third time staying at this location. Last 2 times was excellent, this time there was a few minor issues which I did email the manager about as well. Hopefully they will be addressed before our next stay :)

Wonderful getaway

John did an amazing job and have a wonderful ocean view place, condo was clean, comfortable beds plus washer and dryer in the unit , great location, I will definitely look forward to be back and book again. I highly recommend it , the host thoughtfully provided anything you could need .

The property was as advertised and absolutely wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it felt like home the moment we entered the condo. We loved it so much we had to stay an extra week. We will definitely stay here again. The owner was very responsive and helpful each time I sent a message.Great view as well and loved the convenience to the beach. Overall a great stay!!!

Perfect getaway

This very quiet unit was immaculate, wonderful view of the beach from our balcony and out its many windows. The kitchen was very well equipped; we liked having a washer/dryer right inside the condo. Ample wash cloths and towels. Our host was very responsive when we had a technology question.

Nice but aging unit.

Nice unit. But showing signs of age. Bath tub drains very slowly after bath and shower. Bulkhead over the kitchen counter/bar is very low and hit my head on it a couple times the first day. Sliding door does not lock. Master bathroom faucet leaks wetting the entire top of vanity. They told us there was no sofa in living room but only had a love seat for two adults. They should have brought in temporary chairs while waiting for replacement 3 person sofa.

Great getaway

Clean, comfortable rental with everything you need. Room for everyone to spread out and enjoy a great view. Located near shopping and restaurants. Communication was excellent.

No trip ever goes off without a hitch but it’s how well the property manager handles issues. We arrive to a couple things, running toilet that would not flush and shower curtain and rod on the floor broken. John got back to me in about 5 mins and had someone out that first night. These are thing not in the manager’s control which I think some people forget. We could not have been happier with the property or the owner. Clean unit and John made sure our problems were addressed asap to ensure a great stay. Thanks again for everything John. We appreciate you sir! Rob H

Great location.. right on the beach!!

This is a really great location right on the beach. This area is not so busy and has a great beach for walking and body surfing. My family has been coming to this beach for around 35 years. This unit wasn't the nicest I have stayed at with a few things out of repair (missing tile grout, sliding doors not opening) and my biggest issue was that there was a moldy smell that I just couldn't tolerate. I think this was due in part to not changing the air filters. We actually ended up leaving early because a storm was coming, and I didn't want to be trapped inside with the smell and possible health issue associated with moldiness.

A great beach week

Totally enjoyed staying at this condo. It has everything you need for the perfect vacation. The kitchen is fully supplied, the beds are very comfortable, there are little touches like paper products in the kitchen and bathroom to quickly settle in. The condo is very clean. Having stayed in this building many many times, I will rate this unit a 10. The owner is very responsive when contacted with a question. A very good place to rent.
