Casa contemporánea de estilo capa ubicada en el área de North Conway, NH. 3 dormitorios con 3 baños completos. Tragaluces en las habitaciones de arriba, gran terraza con parrilla, acogedor plano de planta abierto, ideal para entretener a familiares y amigos. Completamente equipado, televisión por cable, WiFi, ropa de cama y toallas.

Playa privada de arena del río Saco ubicada a pocos pasos de la carretera, perfecta para practicar tubing, piragüismo, kayak y natación. También hay un estanque de castores cerca.

Echo Lake State Park, a poca distancia en auto por West Side Road, es otra conveniente y pintoresca área familiar para nadar y hacer un picnic.

Vistas del patio trasero del monte. Stanton, con sus senderos ubicados a pasos de nuestra puerta trasera.

Attitash Mountain y sus actividades de verano ubicadas a menos de una milla de distancia.

A unos diez minutos al norte de las tiendas, restaurantes y entretenimientos de North Conway. Storyland también se encuentra a solo minutos de distancia.

El dormitorio del primer piso tiene una cama queen. Hay un baño completo con bañera y ducha en cada (3) piso. Arriba, un dormitorio tiene una cama queen y una cómoda silla de lectura que da al monte Stanton. El segundo dormitorio de arriba está idealmente diseñado para padres con niños pequeños. Tiene una cama queen, dos camas individuales y muchos libros de cuentos para dormir. El baño se encuentra entre las dos habitaciones. Hay tragaluces en cada habitación.

El nivel inferior terminado agrega otra dimensión al espacio vital para las reuniones familiares. La gran sala tiene su propia cocina, comedor y baño. Hay una gran televisión y también una cama nido. Hay una huelga al patio cubierto de hierba.

¡La gran terraza con su parrilla de carbón es un gran lugar para disfrutar del sol por la tarde o para relajarse y descansar al final de un día lleno de diversión!

Nice roomy home in quiet neighborhood with everything needed for a wonderful stay. Access to the Saco river via a short walk was really fun. Great location with many activities within a short drive. Had a wonderful time!

Nice place to stay. Only disadvantage is having to take trash. Dump station was not convenient timing so had to take four days of trash home with us. Also had to launder towels used.

Good stay. Some odd parts

Overall positives: comfortable bed, nice selection of cookware, after troubleshooting devices (luckily we are familiar with mini split quirks) temperatures were easily set to our preferences. Great location. Minus one star because: upstairs bedrooms only has sheer half curtains so became bright enough we were up at 530 with the sun, some of the check out requests were easily missed and/or odd. While they've posted you are responsible for your trash, they could be more clear as that means putting it in your car and driving it home or finding a dumpster because you can't bring it to their dump (you need to check out before the dump opens). Asking guests to restock paper goods and cleaning supplies, turn the water valve off on the washing machine, strip the beds and put all the sheets in the bathrooms (on the paperwork in the house) and in the washer (on the listing) is confusing and feels like a lot. Washing the towels if you use more than 4 in a house with bed for 10 is off base for me. So it was a nice stay, but you leave on an unpleasant note.

Perfect stay. House is exactly as described. We were a family of 8 adults. Plenty of room for everyone. House is stocked with everything you need and then some. Have no doubt this will be our go to in the future. Donna was wonderful to work with.

Great home for families!

My family and I stayed for 8 days and seven nights at this location and it was perfect for us! We traveled with three adults (71, 38, and 37) and two kids (3 and 6), and there was plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need and more, including a blender, crock-pot, coffee maker, spices, coffee filters, cleaning supplies, trash bags and paper towels. There are plenty of towels and linens. The house had puzzles galore in the living room. If you are traveling with young kids, just something to note is that there are no plastic dishes or cups and you might want to bring some toys or coloring from home. Also, the doors are all relatively easy to unlock, so you'll want to keep an eye on the kids so they can't wander! Also, if you are going to the Saco River beach, definitely bring bug spray... We learned that the hard way! The hosts were very communicative and responded very quickly via text anytime I reached out. This house is a gem and would highly recommend!

perfect stay

We had a great time staying here. Location was great and the house was perfect for us. Clean and well stocked with regular household items. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay again.

Fantastic getaway

My family and I enjoyed this wonderful house near the Saco. Beautiful hiking trails walking distance from the property, private river access down the road and close enough to everything modern but far enough away to feel like the middle of nowhere! Truly exceptional!

The host was fantastic and responsive for any questions we had. The house was adorable yet functional with plenty of room for our family. We also loved the private beach which was a short walk/drive away from the house. We hope to visit again in the future. Thanks so much!

Saco river trip

It was a good set up for the 7 of us. 3 bathrooms were a plus. We went on the saco river tubing and went to zebs and also some shopping at the winery and outlets. The house was a good size for us and we were very comfortable. There was an issue with the refrigerator not closing properly. We had a great time. Thank you.

Comfortable Family Vacation Home

We very much enjoyed staying at this home! It was super clean, really great layout and bed/space situation. The in-law basement was perfect for grandma and the family bedroom was excellent for my family of 4. The first floor common space was super comfortable for everyone to spend time together. LOVE the mini splits everywhere! And first floor laundry! And entry way for dropping river shoes, beach bags, coolers, etc. The deck is great, as is the use of the grill - though we aren't the best charcoal grilling folks :) The neighborhood is so peaceful and scenic. The walk to the river wasn't too bad- the hill back up is something but very do-able with my two kids (7 and 11) Being able to walk to the river so easily was really nice. We had a lot of fun outdoor time! My only note would be about the trash situation - there's a dump that you need to bring your trash too and the hours and open days are kind of limited. We checked out on Sunday - the dump is closed on Sunday - so we would have had to go there on Saturday, but they close at 4 on Saturday and we were on a rafting trip until 3pm so we had to bring the trash home with us. If we were there for a full week we could probably work it into our time a bit better, but for a weekend we just couldn't make it work. I'd give the property 4.5 stars for the trash situation. Great house, great location

This was a perfect base. The upstairs rooms are really lovely and comfortable. The place is a short drive away from great places to visit and dine, had all that we needed to be comfortable for a few days, just make sure to bring your own shampoos and such.

Gem of a find!

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The house is amazing and had sooo much room. It is definitely the most well stocked (plate, cups, etc) home we have ever stayed in. While having lots of space, it has a very warm, cozy feeling. The location was perfect for us as we love to visit many of the surrounding favorite restaurants and activities. The communication with the owner was incredible! Donna was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. She gave very clear directions on what we needed to do, how to get to her home and suggestions for local activities. This was definitely one of the best overall rental experiences we've had to date. Will definitely be back!

Great place, 2nd year we returned.

House is clean, well stocked, plenty of room and in a great location. Second year we returned and stayed. Owners communicate quickly. No issues, A++.
