CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: AMENITY CLOSINGS EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 27, 2025

SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. The indoor pool, outdoor pool, and on-site restaurant are projected to be closed until the beginning of January 2026.

Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. Our goal is to keep you informed ahead of time so you can make the most of your stay with us.

Parking in the main lot may be limited. Please note that the drive-through area at the main lobby entrance, typically used for loading and unloading luggage, may be temporarily closed. Each one-and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as the resort works to improve and enhance the overall guest experience.

Located in the heart of Destin, Florida you will find SunDestin, situated directly on the sugar-white sand and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Sundestin offers an array of amenities that will make your Northwest Florida beach vacation unforgettable. Relax at the indoor and outdoor pools, or by the hot tub located just steps from the beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available seasonally (for an extra fee) and allow for ultimate relaxation and no hassle. An on-site fitness center is available  to guests along with a sauna and steam room. 3,000 sq. ft. of recently renovated meeting space make Sandestin the perfect location for a destination wedding, meeting, event or family reunion. Scenic Stays is the preferred on-site management company and with a 24-hour front desk, is available at all times for anything you may need.

SunDestin unit 602 boasts neutral decor and gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico from this sixth floor, one bedroom condo. The open living and dining area allows for plenty of space for family time after a day spent on the beach. Whip up dinner in the fully stocked kitchen and dine at the bar with seating for four, or plate up some snacks and gather in the living room for a family movie night. Complimentary DVD’s are available in the lobby, for all guests who rent with Scenic Stays. Sunrise with coffee for two on the balcony overlooking the gulf is one of our favorite features of this well-appointed condo.

When you’re ready to turn in, the master bedroom with half bath ensuite welcomes you with a plush king bed for a comfortable night's sleep. The queen sofa sleeper in the spacious living room accommodates two additional guests comfortably. SunDestin 602 sleeps 4 people.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

SunDestin Beach Resort offers an ideal location with no shortage of dining, shopping and adventure less than 4 miles in either direction. Find yourself at the Harborwalk Village to set sail on a deep-sea fishing excursion, a sunset dolphin cruise, endless activities for the family and plenty of fresh from the gulf dining options. World-class shopping at the Destin Commons features stores like Sephora, Bass Pro Shops, Express and more.  Spend a day at Big Kahuna’s Waterpark, located across Highway 98 from SunDestin.
