CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: AMENITY CLOSINGS EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 27, 2025

SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. The indoor pool, outdoor pool, and on-site restaurant are projected to be closed until the beginning of January 2026.

Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. Our goal is to keep you informed ahead of time so you can make the most of your stay with us.

Parking in the main lot may be limited. Please note that the drive-through area at the main lobby entrance, typically used for loading and unloading luggage, may be temporarily closed. Each one-and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as the resort works to improve and enhance the overall guest experience.

Remember that SunDestin Beach Resort houses more than 3,000 s.f. of meeting space, making it ideal for your large personal and professional gatherings. Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.

You’ll find everything you need and more in SunDestin Unit 1705. This lovely one bedroom, one- and one-half bathroom condo accommodates up to six with marked comfort. You’ll find plenty of seating in the open concept living/dining space. Lounge in the living room and catch a movie on the flat-screen TV or gather around the dining table for a board game or puzzle. The kitchen is stocked full of everything you might need to prepare snacks and meals, and the balcony is the perfect spot for catching sunsets at days end. Wake up refreshed after a full night sleep in the living room on the queen-sized sleeper sofa, on twin bunks nestled in the hall, or in the master suite with a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and en suite bathroom for added convenience.

Venture a short distance off-property and select from an array of water activities to enjoy. From paddleboard and kayak rentals to dolphin and sunset cruises, Destin has something for everyone!

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
