We stayed here in August. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. The beds were so comfy. We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean when we walked in and I felt adequately stocked with any dishes or things we might need.

We loved staying at Pelican Beach!! The location was perfect, the beach was beautiful and the whole process to book, check in and check in was seamless!! Def will come back in the future! I also loved that towels and linens were provided and made it much easier for me with packing and laundry:)

Destin Spring Break 2025

We had a great time. Kids loved the pools(indoor& outdoor), tennis courts, gym, sauna and steam room. The beach was crowded so we enjoyed 1 full day and some afternoons at the beach. The rest of the week was full of family activities.

Condo well equipped with anything needed to cook. View was amazing, beach beautiful. I thought the chair and umbrella pricing was over priced. Definitely would go back and highly recommended it.

Vaca at the Beautiful Emerald Coast

A beautiful view, seconds to the most gorgeous white sand beach I've ever seen, and comfortable surroundings. Close to all attractions and restaurants, only drawback was the heavy traffic on US 98. We will be back!

Wonderful stay

We stayed in 1415 for a mother/daughter vacation for my daughter’s 34th birthday. The condo was very clean and set up nicely with everything we needed. The only thing that would make the stay better is if there were beach chairs and umbrellas to use without having to pay a rental price to have them. The management was very responsive to questins we had. I definitely would recommend this unit to my friends and family, the location and view was amazing.

Great location and amenities

My family of 4 had a great week! The property was clean and the amenities kept the kids entertained! The location is great if you want to be in the middle of everything. The view towards the ocean is great but you can also see the city lights and water park in full view from the patio. I would definitely stay here agian. Note: Make sure to book your chairs more than a week in advance if you want 1st row.

As Good As Advertised

First time staying in Destin, and first time staying in a VRBO rental. The condominium was great. Very clean and nice. The entire process was easy and seamless. Property Mgmt kept checking on us and overall great time.

Just what the doctor ordered

We were concerned about a few tropical storms ruining our trip, but they all turned away or pestered out. We had a lovely vacation (without the kids). The bed was comfy, there was a washer/dryer in the room, and the location was great.

Nice room, great view!

Great access to a beautiful beach! Stunning views and good location. Room perfectly accommodated our family of 5. Kitchen was well-equipped for cooking and eating in. Loved that there were 2 full bathrooms. The couches and rug looked sort of yucky, but we kept the pullout bed out the whole time. I did bring our own comforter for the pullout bed and was happy I did. It was also a plus to have a washer and dryer in the rental. Overall, very satisfied.

Get Away

Not as equipped with essentials in the kitchen as stated. Pot holders, skillets were awful and the stove drip pans made it impossible to cook anything evenly. Our party was accused by the neighbor of smoking marijuana on the balcony and we had not even been on the balcony. Security walks around on patrol like everyone is a villain. The plus side was the amazing staff at the tiki bar and the access to the pools and beach. Would we stay at Pelican Beach again, probably not.

Great place

This is not the condo owners fault but the elevators were terrible. Long waits each time we had to use them. The condo was nice. Overall we felt clean and safe there. The pool was nice for our little guy. The outside pool bar was cool and the food was even better! Also not the condo owners fault but the beach situation kind of stunk for families. You had to have your set up behind everyone who pays for a chair service. With a family, we just had too much stuff to get their chairs. My toddler didn’t like the beach because he was too far away from the water.

Very clean, beautiful condo!

Beautiful condo that was very clean! Cleanest rental we’ve stayed in. Rental company (Newman Daily) was great and very helpful! They had jazz music playing on the tv and left a cute basket of amenities. Our only complaint was with the resort itself. They only allow guests to set-up their beach stuff behind the rented beach stuff. While we understand this policy, the rented beach stuff took up more than half the beach area and then roped it off. Very disappointing because the beach equipment was expensive to rent. We had young kids so we couldn’t even sit where we had to set up because we needed to be able to see them. Frustating

Perfect Getaway

We truly enjoyed our week long vacation. So much, we were sad to leave. Condo was perfect for us 4, as king room was for my husband & I, and the double bedroom was for our 2 teenage girls. Comfy beds & couch. Great water pressure in showers. Overall clean! I would ONLY say that I wish the master room ceiling fan worked faster. It was a fantastic location, central to everything around. The view from balcony was breathtaking and the Pelican resort offered wonderful amenities and easy access to beach! BE SURE TO RENT BEACH CHAIRS and UMBRELLAS well ahead of your vacation 100% Just do it! Trust me it’s worth it!! Otherwise you have to set up personal chairs behind all the rows of rental chairs. So rent the chair service ahead!! Easiest check in ever! Plus the mgr company texts you in real time back and forth which makes communication convenient. It truly was one of our best vacations!! Thank you!!
