Rent from the owner directly! We live in this condo and rent it occasionally, so we know it’s super clean .... we know every light bulb works, each TV works and its well equipped ready to enjoy.

No administration fees!

Stay right on the beach, not just near it! Cinnamon Dreams sits in a safe, gated community.

Enjoy coffee every morning with a DIRECT ocean view! Closest building to the pools, gym and grill!

Upgraded 2020! Super clean! We personally clean our condo like its our home, because it’s our home. This 3rd floor condo comes fully equipped. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. 4 large HD TVs, WiFi and cable.

Immaculate condo - Beautiful setting

Cinnamon Dreams is the best VRBO we’ve ever had. The condo is beautifully decorated and appointed. The beach and shoreline view off the balcony is perfect and the sunrises are breathtaking. We will definitely be back for another stay.

Family vacay

We had the best time as a family. Everybody go to do what they wanted. The condo is even better in person and the ammenities were perfect. Great place to go to spend time with family without all the touristy distractions.

Beautiful condo

John and Traci’s condo was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. The listing is exactly as described. The beach, pool, and rec facilities are clean and very well cared for. We will definitely be visiting again.

Wonderful

Home is very well taken care of and very clean. Decorated nicely. Perfect views of the beach and conveniently located to anything you need: groceries, beach, pool, restaurants. Hosts are attentive and flexible. Will definitely be back!

Best time

This property was just as described. The bedding was super comfortable, and I’m likely going to shop for it when I get home. The location is great, and the community pool and equipment was really nice. The propert manager was amazing to work with. I can’t wait to return.

Cinnamon Dream - 5 Stars

Our week stay after Christmas was amazing. This was our 3rd Christmas vacation staying in Palm Coast. The area still has “old Florida” charm with locally owned restaurants and shops. The condo was perfect…very clean and nicely decorated. Morning sunrises on the balcony, ocean front views, dolphins swimming by, rocket launches from space center…amazing!! Owners get 10 stars as they had little touches of hospitality and were always available to answer questions. We’d love to come back next year.

Anniversary

The only thing that I would add to the condo is 3 small motel size bars of soap. My wife wanted to take a shower the first night, never thought there would be no soap, an had to use the pump hand soap. That is all I would add, then guest can go to the store and buy bar soap. Other than this, everything was great.

Wonderful property and fantastic owners...

We can't say enough about Cinnamon Dreams and this short description won't do it justice...but here it goes. Upon arrival, it was noticeable how much care goes into maintaining and cleaning the space. The furnishing (kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, patio) were all spotless. The amenities were plentiful - from the kitchen to the laundry. There were even beach chairs and towels available to use. The technology (wifi, streaming services) were easy to connect to and were strong enough to handle plenty of devices during our stay. The best part was the view! The patio faces due east, so every day was an unobstructed view of a beach sunrise. John and Traci go to extra lengths to ensure that their location is stress-free so you can get the most out of your time away - and we certainly appreciate their effort!

Amazing Family Celebration!

My family had the most wonderful time celebrating my mom's retirement at Cinnamon Beach in your 'Cinnamon Dreams' condo! It is beautiful, comfortable, clean, and so very accommodating. We loved the decor and furnishings (couch is very comfortable)! Your wish for your guests to enjoy their surroundings and have everything they need is apparent! The kitchen was well-stocked with pots and pans, utensils, dishes, and appliances (so appreciated not having to unpack my Keurig)! The balcony had an amazing view and plenty of room for all 6 of us to enjoy the ocean sights and sounds but we also loved your beautiful and roomy dining table inside. We enjoyed our meals together in either place with plenty of space for everyone to eat at the same time. It was a very special time for for our family and your beautiful condo and hospitality was a big reason for our wonderful memories! Thank you!

Cinnamon Dreamland

Our visit was wonderful. All the details we right on point and all our needs anticipated. Beautiful condo and breathtaking views of the ocean. Lots of wildlife sightings (dolphins, pelicans, bunnies and turtles right from the balcony). The pools are a quick walk and everything was well maintained. The owner was extremely responsive with any questions we had. I only wish Palm Coast had a few more restaurants options. We hated to leave!

Everything you need and more!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the pictures don’t do it justice. The condo was super clean, well-appointed with everything you need, and the view is phenomenal. To top it off, John and Traci get an A++ for thoughtfulness and excellent communication. I would love to visit again!

Beautiful, immaculate condo. Everything you need!

This condo was perfectly clean.....first time ever not having to re-clean before our stay. Communication with the owner was superb. Easy walk out to the beach and pools. They had beach chairs, beach towels & even a blowup mattress if needed. They also had an air fryer which was a nice surprise having teenagers with us whom love their fries. The kitchen was very well equipped. The only thing I would slightly recommend is having more bath towels in the condo. They had 6......but with 4 teenage girls using 2 each time I’m thankful I brought my own. We would definitely rent from John again. Thank you for hosting us!!!
