Nice neighborhood. The house has everything you need. The views were beautiful. Not far from restaurants and a quick trip to St. Augustine.

The house has everything you could need, it’s in a beautiful and safe location, and you are literally steps away from the seashell filled beach (even saw a dolphin from our balcony one morning). The house is located near many major cities so almost any attraction you want to visit is within driving distance. Could not have been happier with our trip.

Great for family gatherings

Nice property as advertised. Access to the beach directly from house is closed due to damage but access is a short walk. Great community pool with food and beverages available. Great area for walking/light hiking and short drive to shopping. We had 10 people in the house and it never felt crowded. Would stay again.

Great Property

Great property, well equipped, clean, neat, well appointed. Could use more bath towels, etc. Tons of beach towels there. Had an issue with the twin beds......very frail. Mattress toppers useful, but kind of lumpy, but otherwise, very comfortable.

Great location!

Great house. Great location. Plenty of room for our group which was 2 families of 4. Definitely needs some updating… internet was terrible, mattresses and linens are old, tvs don’t work so we used computers, very poorly stocked, especially for the price tag. we had to go to store for all toiletries, dish and laundry soaps and trash bags which was too much quantity for our short stay so it was wasteful. I would stay again as long as I didn’t need to get any work done and I would pack differently.

Tough year for her - and the rest of us. A week at the beautiful home was just what we needed to relax and unwind. VERY well maintained, not at all cluttered (like many of the other homes that we've rented over the years). Super clean!

Lovely Stay

My 5 friends and I had a lovely stay. We did have a problem with the two twin beds. They had crinkly waterproof mattress protectors. I believe you can buy protectors that don’t make noise every time you roll over. Also, despite our wonderful property manager, Crystal’s, attentive help and the installation of ROKU, the televisions had very poor reception and we were only able to watch one movie together. The rooms were roomy and very pretty and the kitchen had (almost) everything we needed.

We have celebrated our friendship by spending time at the beach together for 30 years and this trip was pure bliss. The views were amazing (including the morning sunrise from the balcony) and we loved access to the two pools nearby. The Publix was nearby, and we cooked nearly every meal in the well appointed kitchen. We had four adults and 5 teenagers, and everyone had their space to relax and enjoy our time together. We loved Marineland and spending time in St. Augustine. We look forward to coming back!

Perfect vacation spot

Loved our stay at this beautiful home! It has almost everything you need and a Publix is only 2 miles away. It was nice having an elevator for luggage and groceries. The home is very comfortable and the views are amazing. The only fault is the internet is not strong, could use a mesh system. I rarely had internet in the master bedroom and it was sketchy elsewhere. It did hinder me from working remotely on my laptop which isn't necessarily too bad since I was on vacation. Highly recommend this home and community, we will be back next year. Sidenote: bring/buy shampoo/conditioner - none was provided for us, only small bars of soap.
