Beautiful 2 Storey 5 Bedroom, 3 Bath Villa, Pool & Spa.
This two storey villa is a delightful spacious and airy home which invites peaceful relaxation, but is minutes away from all the fun, activity and excitement that one could wish for, whether it is the many theme park attractions, golf courses, airboat rides or just a swim in the pool. But see the list below for some of the other things to see and do.

Our house is located in a quiet subdivision of Lake Wilson Preserve, a quiet community of villas designed to be perfect vacation homes. The large south-facing pool deck, with a beautiful blue in-ground pool and heated spa, backs onto a retention area. The sheltered exit from the house to the pool deck has a lovely eating area shaded from the sun.

Spacious master bedroom has a walk-out balcony looking out onto the retention area and pool deck. The bed is Queen size, with a full en-suite bathroom has an additional soaker-tub. Three other bedrooms are 2 queens and a twin and a full bathroom complete the upper floor. The fifth bedroom which is on the main floor has a queen-size bed and adjacent full bathroom.

Beautiful Place to stay

Great hosts, answered all of questions promptly. House was beautiful and in a convenient location, close to the parks and other activities. The only thing I would recommend is to bring some extra toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. Otherwise, the house had everything

Quiet large house private pool

We enjoyed our stay in a large quiet house - relatively close to Disney and universal. The house was clean and we had fast responses from the owner and property manager when we had questions. Very close to a Publix and cvs and aldi. Overall, we had a lovely time and look forward to staying here again.

Lots of room. great access to Disney.

All rooms were nice and pool was clean and great. Access to Disney parks was about 20 minutes in the am; but longer in the evening due to lots of traffic and some road construction, but this was expected. We only needed 4 bedrooms, but we wanted 5 in case our one son changed his mind and came also. We differently recommend and would stay there again if we come back.

Wonderful House to Rent

Located in a great quiet and secure area. Not far from Disney. House was comfortable and the pool was just right. Everytime I needed to email the owner about questions, he always responded right back. We enjoyed our stay!

Spacious home in quiet neighborhood. Being roughly 20-25 minutes from W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy, Kissimmee, it is a short drive to shop, dine, and find entertainment if what you seek is not in the local community. First floor bedroom with en suite was perfect for a little separation from other family members. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs for the rest of the family. Kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the outdoor space, including the pool. Good communication between owner and property management when we had questions before and during our stay. Would recommend to others.

Lake Wilson Stay 4

Good size villa in a quiet location but let down by a few small niggles. The property was not as clean as we have come to expect in the current climate. Some of the fixtures and fittings are dated and need to be replaced. The safe didn`t work although the owner did reply promptly but it is an esssential requirement these days. Hopefully the roadworks on the I4 will complete sometime soon as this is the worst we have ever seen it.

Work and Play

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. The children played in the pool most of the time. We found a couple of new restaurants in the area that we enjoyed a few times. The house was really nice and comfortable for us. We will definitely be back.

This was just like it pictures. Nice house pool was great.

This was a nice home. We have stayed at house on the Champion Gate area and this was far better then staying there. It was close to everything. I will be using Thai property again.

Nice place for family with kids

We were two families with kids. The place worked well for our trip to Disney. Kids had a lot of fun in the pool. We will surely go back to this place if visiting Orlando again.

Excellent stay

My wife and I stayed at this property with my sister in law and her new husband. We had a fantastic time. House was exactly as advertised with no issues. Pool heating was sorted easy enough and was a lovely extra. The pool area was a nice size and perfect for what we needed. The games in the garage were a nice bonus too. Great location (nice and quiet) and easy enough to get to parks and shops. All communication was was great with the management company. Thanks Toby

Great place to stay!

This was our first family vacation and we enjoyed every minute of it. The owners were sweet, the property manager is great! The house itself was exactly what we needed and accommodated all 9 of us comfortably. The kids loved the pool and the adults enjoyed a night swim as well. It’s a perfect location close to ALL attractions! We will definitely book again and again!!!

Great place near the parks

This house was perfect for our family vacation! Clean and spacious. The pool and hot tub were great after a day at the parks. We really loved the location. The house is in a quiet spot away from the hustle and bustle, but it’s also just a short drive to stores, restaurants and disney/universal. We really enjoyed our stay.
