This 4 bed 3 bath has all the amenities of home so all you need to do is pack your bags and come on down to the most magical place in the world. Just 20 minutes to Disney and shops. Minutes away from Championsgate golf courses. This villa has a full pool and Spa tub (not hot tub) heated on request and backs onto a lush conservation in the backyard no one to bother you while you enjoy your vacation in Orlando. We also have added a games room made up of Darts, ping pong and Table soccer game as well. This property is close to I4, restaurants, shops and movie theaters.

This is a beautiful home away from home with space for everyone in your family. The spacious and well equipped kitchen was wonderful for our stay. The 3 full baths were lovely and allowed everyone to get ready quickly. This is a great location within a short distance from all the great Florida attractions!

It was a great man cave for the short time we were there. My only wish was the pool stayed on after 8 PM. The hot tub was fantastic.

There was plenty of room for all of us, and the kids enjoyed the pool. The neighborhood was quiet. The street is a little narrow with the cars parking on the road, but not a huge problem because there isn't lots of traffic. Lots of development around the area and once the road construction is done around the area commute times to the attractions should improve. Overall a very good value for the cost.

The host was great in the beginning. The house was amazing but at the end turned off the Wi-Fi so there was not able to communicate that we woke up late and alarm did not go off.

Glad you enjoyed your stay As far as wifi unfortunately i dont own spectrum cable.there was a polk county outage which if your familiar with Florida happens at least once per month. Besides that there are several ways to get a hold of me if you are going to check out late cell phone, landline. Dont ever try to say that Me the owner shut down wifi because you know thats a lie. Simple communication is best but no hard feelings your welcome back anytime

We are situated in Toronto Ontario Canada and we have multiple properties in Florida and Canada. We believe in family values as we have two of our own children as well. So having a property in a magical place like Orlando has to have many different things to cater to not only adults but children as well. We believe that our home will be as if you are still in your very own home but filled with relaxing enjoyment around the pool or adventure down at Disney, Universal or Sea world, perhaps some MLB spring training. This property was a year in the making to find that perfect location not to close to the noisy downtown but not too far from it either it gives the best of both worlds and allows a lot of choice during your stay. Restaurants theatres, Bars. It’s all there within minutes of the home. Its surrounded by a lush forest in behind the property for absolute privacy while enjoying a swim or Spa tub soak in a screened in linai.

Not only is this a 2300sq ft villa filled with a lot of amenities it gives you a lot of choice whether you want to relax in the pool or head out and enjoy Orlando or Tampa. There is nothing for you to bring to this home just yourself. Welcome to our lovely house in the sunshine state!

Whether you come with family or friends, our place has everything you might need to have a wonderful time. Visit Disney World only 20mins. away, or Universal Studios 45 mins, Seaworld 20 mins which is also close by!
Take advantage from our great centric location and visit as much as you can!

Make use of our private pool after a long exhausting day out! Spend quality time with your loved ones.

Guests will be able to access the entire house and enjoy the private pool. Pool heat included pool will be set to 88 and spa tub will be set to 92 when in use.
