Gorgeous studio with direct oceanfront and all the furniture needed at Dunes Village Resort. After going through a foyer, you'll enter the kitchen, which has full-sized appliances, and then the bedroom, which is oceanfront and has a balcony access. The balcony's breathtaking views of the ocean provide the ideal atmosphere for your morning coffee or late cocktails. Having a stove, microwave, and full-sized fridge in the unit lets you enjoy the conveniences of having your own kitchen. There's a table for meals and two queen beds. Experience a wide range of fantastic on-site features, such as three-meal restaurant/lounge, poolside Tiki bar, Starbucks coffee shop, indoor and outdoor pools, kiddie pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, saunas, and fitness centers.

30,000 square feet of heated indoor water park space with two adult-sized water slides, a game room with pool tables and other activities, a children's pool, and a 250-foot-long Lazy River.

This beachside resort has a ton of amenities. AND FREE WIFI, THE BEST OF ALL

ideally situated, just a short distance from the beach. Myrtlewood Golf Course is 2 miles away, Family Kingdom is 5 miles away, and the airport is 7 miles away. A short distance from numerous other eateries and points of interest. Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium, and the Beach are within a short drive from Broadway. A short drive gets you to many of the well-known local restaurants, retail stores, golf courses, and attractions.

This oceanfront unit has a kitchen table, full-sized appliances, a separate bathroom, and two queen beds. This condo on the beach sleeps 4. Savor the view of the stunning ocean from your exclusive direct oceanfront balcony as the sun rises.

Note: The resort's valet service will not be available to you.

The back area, from the submarine through and including the kid pool, will be closed for at least the first two weeks of January and may remain closed for the rest of the month depending on progress.
You may direct guests to the Palmetto Water Park or the Front Desk for further assistance.

This location was perfect for our baseball tournament at The Ripken Experience. It was close to the main shopping center that houses Ripley's aquarium. The kids enjoyed the pools and quick access to the beach

Our stay was amazing

I would highly recommend the dunes to anyone. Had a blast. The water parks was so fun. Didn’t have to travel far for restaurants. Room was very clean. 10/10

Amazing experience

This property was a perfect match. The room had everything in it we needed plus the stunning view. The indoor water park was so big that my daughter didn't even make it to the other building. Pools were heated. The water slides got a big thumbs up from my daughter. The location was great because it was close to food (I suggest The Bucket, it's walking distance), fun adventures, and coffee. i never had to talk with front desk, and communication with rental owners was great.

Loved the Location

The room was nice, and so was the view. Although be aware, Their is no washer/dryer. We had a total of 3 people, They only give you 5 towels, 5 washcloths, and 5 hand towels. We were there for 4 nights. We ran out of clean towels and washcloths. When I asked for more towels and washcloths, the owner stated that there would be a $40 charge. Which I thought was just ridiculous! I told her,I could reuse the towels, but would not reuse a washcloth, that was just NASTY! She then said that she could get us some more washcloths at no charge. Just be mindful of this if you stay here.

We love this hotel!!

We just love Dunes Village! So many fun things for the kids to do. They have activities and crafts daily, games like ping pong, shuffleboard, pool tables, chess/checkers, and all the pools! They even have a playground. No worries if it rains- the slides are indoors. We have returned year after year!

Family Friendly

We recently stayed over Father’s Day weekend to officially kick off the summer and had a great time! Positives: - the property is very family friendly, the kids (Ages 5 and 6) loved the onsite water park in both towers. - the room was close to the elevator and did not have any noise issues. - the cafe in the tower next door sold Starbucks coffee. - the beach access was great and the views from the balcony were amazing, especially at sunrise. - the location is convenient to drive to Broadway at the Beach, restaurants and other attractions. Areas of improvement: - the room itself was comfortable, but showing its age. It could use an upgrade on carpet, paint, oven, coffee pot and pots and pans. We chose a room with a full kitchen to have breakfast/lunch in the room and eat out for dinner. Overall the kitchen was okay. - the garage is a few minute walk up the street and lower level parking was never available. Obviously, this can’t be changed just something to be aware of. - there are two TVs in the room, but do not offer any kid friendly options. Parents - be sure to bring alternatives! We would definitely choose this property again, but may be more selective in room choice. Thanks for the memories!

Nice budget beach property

This condominium needs some repairs and upgrades to the walls and the shower grout....some fresh paint would be nice ...but overall the property is comfortable and value priced and is clean enough for most people. The location is ideal for families with small kids that want to take advantage of the water park and beach. This is not a great kitchen for people who want to cook in the unit ....but you can make it work for a very simple meal. Bring coffee and filters for the coffee pot as well because these are not provided. Enjoy!

Not a good experience.

The property itself was ok but the management company was not the best to deal with. Everything seemed great until the heat/ac unit stopped working. It became very hot in our room I called the company was advised I would need to send video proof of it not working. I had to send a video of me unplugging plugging back in jiggling the unit and trying to turn it on before they would even try to help me. Finally got someone to come out they could not do anything with the unit. At this time I was advised at 11:30 at night there was nothing they could do except refund me and me find other accommodations. I have 2 children and at almost midnight they were unwilling to help just basically kick us to the curb. There was also no financial compensation for the issues we had to deal with. I will absolutely be more cautious and not rent through this company again.

What a stunning apartment at Dunes Village Resort with DIRECT oceanfront. This appliance is kept up nicely. The Dunes Village Resort provides visitors with a tonne of enjoyable amenities and activities. featuring a heated indoor water park spanning 30,000 square feet. This resort is really wonderful, it's close to the beach, and the indoor waterpark is incredible.
