Moored on the Canal du Midi in the shade of plane trees and nestled in a lush green setting, this houseboat offers peace and quiet—the perfect setting to relax and enjoy a refreshing getaway.

Its three cabins are fully equipped with every comfort and feature heating or air conditioning. The portholes are double-glazed and offer a view of the Canal du Midi.

All cabins have their own bathroom or shower room and private restroom.

A beautiful open-concept kitchen faces the dining room and living room. The interior is bright, with numerous portholes and two skylights. The decor is refined and elegant. Air conditioning is available, and there is a wood pellet stove for heating.

The exterior features two flower-filled deck terraces equipped with sofas, armchairs, hammocks, tables, and chairs….

One of the terraces is covered and features a summer kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, deep fryer, and griddle. There is a "Jacuzzi" hot tub.

Free parking is available across from the houseboat, which is moored in the city center, a 5-minute walk from the historic district. The houseboat does not sail and remains docked. It has Wi-Fi and is connected to the city’s water supply and sewer system.
