Charming Punta Gorda Isles Home with Heated Pool

Charming 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home ideally located in Punta Gorda Isles sailboat section, just a quick 3-4 min boat ride to Charlotte Harbor, 5 minute drive to Fisherman's Village or short bike ride to Ponce de Leon park. The home is at the end of a very quiet cul- de-sac with no through traffic which is ideal for walking and biking.

Our quaint air conditioned home with attached two stall garage offers two bedrooms, on separate sides of the house. The second bedroom has a full Murphy bed that can be folded into the wall turning that room into an office or craft room. Both bedrooms have flat screen televisions. Two full bathrooms, kitchen with dining area, and a living room with a large 70 inch flat screen television. Upgraded cable with the sports package is included as well high speed internet.

The newly renovated pool area boasts a new paver patio, screened LED lighted lanai, table and chairs, flat screen tv and small refrigerator for your convenience. The heated pool with multi function LED lights to set the perfect mood, has two sitting areas for viewing the television.

The west facing extra large boat dock provides the perfect place to observe the slow moving boat traffic, fish, dolphin watch and view the beautiful Florida sunsets.

Lounge chairs and bicycles are available in the garage for use. There is also a gas grill on the side patio.

*** House is cleaned and disinfected the same as restaurants and hospitals by professional cleaners after every stay.

Awesome!

Lovely home on beautiful canal with a great view. Pool is heated and nice. Also it has a great grill. It was a very relaxing and comfortable vacation.

Perfection in Punta Gorda

We enjoyed three delightful weeks at this lovely home in Punta Gorda. When we arrived, we found the home warm, welcoming and immaculately clean. The location— both in its lovely neighborhood and on the canal was top notch. We enjoyed watching the boat traffic as well as seeing a few jumping dolphins from the lanai. The pool was absolutely wonderful! We loved the full day sun as well as the pool colorful pool lighting at night. Debbie (the owner) was very responsive, helpful and friendly when we contacted her with any questions we had. She was delightful to work with. We enjoyed our stay greatly and would love to stay here again in the future! It’s a high quality, well-kept home in a wonderful location of Punta Gorda Isles! Thank you!!!

Lovely home on the canal

Stayed here for a week was very clean and the location Was perfect very quiet!! Loved the comfy couches and the large tv in the living room. Kitchen was well stocked and would stay here again!! Had a few issues but was taken care of very quickly.

Comfort and Charm

This PG Isles home was immaculate, tasteful and well-equipped. We loved the lanai, pool and daily boats on display. The proximity to Ponce Park was a bonus. It was very easy to get downtown and across the bridge to Port Charlotte. Fisherman’s Village was a big favorite and got multiple visits for dining and ice cream. This home was perfect for the two of us!

Happy wife, happy life!

The property was clean, quiet, and lovely. We relaxed at the beautiful pool and I was able to watch golf on the CW app which they had. That made me really happy!! 😊

Wish we had more time to stay in this lovely home

Absolutely LOVE this property!! Best compliment I can offer is that my wife and I are looking to book another visit to this vacation home. The house was exactly as advertised and we have -0- complaints. The house was clean & ready for our stay. Loved the quiet neighborhood, having onsite bikes to use was a plus & the pool & canal area exceeded our expectations. Close proximity to Fisherman’s Village was a huge plus for us. The owners are easy to access and quick to respond to any questions one may have. If in the future a vacationer would like to visit with a prior guest (aka me) I am OK with the owners passing on my email address. Craig

Great location in PG for Winter Break

We've been staying in Punta Gorda for the month of March for many years, always at a different rental. This property was much smaller in size than we usually have but we didn't have my MIL with us this year so it worked fine for the 2 of us. The heated pool and lanai were great. Early morning coffee and all meals that we didn't eat out, we ate on the lanai and it was wonderful. Actually, most of our time was spent on the lanai. Even though it came with a TV out there, we found we only turned it on a couple of times. It was nice to tune out of all that for a while. My husband tried fishing from the dock but with the boat traffic found it was kind of difficult. But it was still fun to watch the boats go by. We also had a dolphin go by almost every morning. Debbie was very attentive to a couple of issues that came up and took care of immediately. We were sad when our time was up knowing that we were heading back to colder weather and would miss the warm Florida sunshine.

Great home in great location

The owner quickly responded to any questions; house was clean, kitchen well equipped, well placed tvs (even on the lanai), quiet neighborhood, near to parks (1 mile)and 3 miles from town. Second bedroom was small, with full bed (but good mattresses in both bedrooms). We’d come back!

Love Punta Gorda Area

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! Located in a quiet neighborhood, we loved the bicycles that were available at the home. The pool and lanai were also great - nice to watch the boat traffic. A nice break from a cold Illinois winter! Would definitely recommend!

Peaceful, comfortable home

We spent 2 weeks at this property. It was located in a very quiet part of PGI. The house was very clean and comfortable. Even though the pool lights didn't work we enjoyed floating around on the nice floats available. It was just 2 bedrooms but we had plenty of space. We loved watching the boat traffic along the canal and riding our bikes (even though bikes were available) throughout Punta Gorda. It was a great place to stay and I would stay again. Just a heads up-bring your own/or buy your own condiments/coffee/coffee filters. Not a big deal would have like to known there was only salt and pepper available.

Wonderful house and location

This house is just a piece of mind everything from quiet neighborhood good restaurants just couple of minutes away relax and great time . From the time we arrived here the house is spotless the pool is great with one side over 6 feet deep everything you need it’s in the house from cooking ,Beach chairs, towels ,fishing rods bicycles kayak you name it it there , The TV on the outside patio it’s a bonus you can enjoy the pool have a drink and watch your favorite show me and my teenager boys Had a great time chilling out in the pool eating dinners outside and fishing from the pier we even see a dolphin there one morning soo many thanks to the owners for shearing their home with us and much appreciate the fast response from Debbie and easy booking!

The Relax Inn

My husband and I loved our stay at this home. The home was clean and very comfortable to relax in. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils and dinnerware, not just the 4 of everything you usually get. We loved hanging out in the pool and the cool pool floats were an added plus! There are bikes to ride and a friendly neighborhood to be in and boats to watch pass by on the canal. The host was easy to communicate with about anything and quickly responded. This was just perfect for us.

Beautiful home great location

We were very happy with this home. It was very clean and very comfortable. The pool and pool area were beautiful. Loved the colored pool lights! The home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac which was great for walks and bike rides. Bikes, lounge chairs and pool floats were provided. The home is well equipped with everything you need. Plenty of towels extra bedding and a washer and dryer on site. We loved watching the slow moving boats on the canal. I would definitely stay here again!

Very beautiful home and location. The neighborhood is beautiful with very friendly people.

Very clean property. The pool and patio are new and exceptional. Very relaxing property. Highly recomend lots to do in this area.
