Everything was just perfect for our stay. Quiet peaceful location with shops and restaurants nearby. Very beautiful and fully equipped home with a large lovely yard. Great communication with Thais for all our needs. We'll be back.

Fantastic

What a wonderful property! Our group spent the whole time in the pool/lanai. The view was amazing every morning. The kitchen/living room was perfect. Would have loved to have more time to experience the area, kayaks and bikes. We were very comfortable and happy with all! Highly recommend!

Beautiful home!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home! Easily accommodated two families, plenty of space and the pool table and pool were a hit! So nice to have it heated as well! Received prompt replies to inquiries and they were flexible with early check in and late checkout if it was available.

Nicest rental property we have ever stayed at!

So many amenities, wonderful kitchen supplies, from nice pans to great quantity of flatware, plates, glasses. Incredible bikes, with locks, which we did use, and kayaks, that we did not get to. When we arrived there was a small issue that the host was quick to fix and easy to reach. Will definitely plan to stay here again!

Great Stay

We had 2 families staying. 4 kids and 3 adults. House is perfect. well laid out, had everything we could ever want. Super clean. We loved the pool table and open layout of the living room. Great views of the canal overlooking the pool. Nice big backyard with 3 docks. We definitely recommend staying here if intown.

Amazing Property!

This was a great choice for our family! First time in Punta Gorda and the house was close to everything. We rode bikes to Fisherman’s Village and the Harbor trail every day. The pool was lots of fun and we used the nice grill quite often. The host provided a guest book that explained everything about the house and area. We look forward to returning again!

Lots to do!

The house was great! Even when the weather wasn’t great, there was plenty to do. The heated pool made swimming enjoyable despite the weather, and pool table and video game also entertained. My husband and I, along with our 3 sons (18-22) with one of their girlfriends, had plenty of space and plenty to do. Definitely would recommend staying here!

Golf trip with the guys

Perfect spot for a golf trip. House was awesome! Very clean. Pool table was a hit. We grilled out every night. Relaxed in the pool. Beds were comfy (I got the big bedroom with the AWESOME shower!) really there was nothing this house didn’t have! Pretty close to the downtown area if you wanted to go to the restaurants & bars, about a 3 minute drive.

Relaxing Time In PG

The house and property was beautiful. We enjoyed the open floor plan and the dock area was spectacular. The pool was bigger than expected and refreshing. Appreciated the bikes and easy ride to Fisherman's Village. We loved the area and the local restaurants. The host was quick to communicate. Hope to come back in the future.

No agenda get away

The property is as advertised. Perfect for a small family or 2 couple's. Close to fishermen's village and some nice restaurants. The house was clean and well organized. The only thing I wish the property had was some extra cleaning supplies. A broom or small vacuum would have been great. We had a great time exploring the area and will definitely be back.

Gorgeous home!

We enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous home! Check in and access to the home was easy. When we entered the house, we found everything to be very clean, modern and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything you need to cook your own meals if you choose to. We enjoyed going to the restaurants that were suggested in the nice informational folder provider by the owner! The beds were very comfortable which is a plus when staying away from home. A headboard in the primary bedroom is needed! Lazy afternoons in the heated pool were so relaxing and enjoyable! We would not hesitate to book this home again! Thank you, Mark & Cindy!
