This newly renovated modern Spanish style beach house bolsters 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, a private outdoor bar/kitchen, a huge deck and private pool. The rooms are very spacious with 3 rooms furnished with king size beds and on suite baths and 2 slightly smaller rooms with queen beds. The living room has a breathtaking cathedral ceiling with hard wood throughout, huge 16 foot sliding doors, a large screen tv with surround sound and plush leather furniture.
The kitchen is fully equipped modern design with deep country style sink, breakfast nook and specular views.

We had a great stay in San Pedro. This location is perfect if you want to be close to Secret Beach and also close to the town to go for dinner each night! Our host was wonderful and the accommodations were great for our family of 8.

Septic system overflowed in the yard.. bad smell…grill was disgusting ..coffee pot leak .. door lock battery did not let us in and had to call caretaker to let us in . Unable to open doors in master bedroom as they were rusted closed

Wonderful location on the island. House was almost too private for our group, as two of the bedrooms (one king and one queen suite) are separate from the main house, which has a king suite downstairs then queen and king rooms up a spiral staircase. Great for groups though! Beach isn’t swimmable but amazing to wake up to. Terri was incredible from beginning to end and helps us almost immediately with any questions. Get your golf cart through her too because she’ll pick you up with a luggage cart! Fun location away from the busy part of town but an easy golf cart ride anywhere.

Great group house

From the beginning, communication was excellent. The house is in a great location, far enough out of town for some quiet time, but certainly close enough to hit the town! Plenty of room for a group of four couples!!

Truly Amazing

The house was wonderful and the set up worked so well for us. We really liked the privacy of each of the rooms. The pool and bubble tub were lovely. Terri was so helpful from setting us up with golf carts and having the first day experience so seamless with having someone guide us from door to door and cart luggage.The tours she set up for us as well as all of her recommendations were just so spectacular. Being picked up and dropped off at the dock was so great. Really this was the perfect vacation.

Perfectly Amazing!

This property perfectly housed our family of 10. Everyone had their own room/space to unwind, relax and sleep. The shared living space was large enough and accommodated us all as a group. Nice property features include the pool, hot tub, grill area, and of course the beach with dock access. Many restaurants nearby for drinks and food. Access to groceries for our own meal prep was also easy. Teri, the house manager was amazing. She had all the answers and was very attentive. We would highly recommend Akbol restaurant. Great food, inexpensive and Elva was a delight that added many memories to our vacation! Well maintained property. Any issues were minor and were addressed immediately!

Great Experience

This listing is as billed. We had a wonderful stay at Bubbas guest house. Our hostess,Terri, was incredible. She was easy to communicate with prior to arrival, she met us at the airport with golf carts, took us on a mini tour of San Pedro, stopped at a grocery store and then to the house. Some members of our party wanted to fish, and she brought them a rod and reel. Just exemplary service. Terri also set us up with tours, which picked us up at our dock! Sea-rious excursions is incredible! The home is extremely comfortable. We had four recent high school grads, myself, my husband, my sister and her fiancé. There was plenty of room for all of us. The home is clean, the beds comfortable. I can’t say enough about the views. We woke up every morning staring at the Caribbean Sea. The location is quiet, though there is some construction noise next-door that you can hear when you’re outside but not when you’re indoors. The pool and hot tub are clean, and there are ample chairs and floats. The dock was great for pick ups to our excursions and for fishing. The beach is not really a lounge beach or play beach. The location of the house is almost perfect. It is about a 15 minute golf cart ride north of San Pedro and about a 20 minute golf cart ride to secret beach. There are several restaurants nearby, all of which had incredible food. Terri also helped us with our luggage to the airport and returned our golf carts. She is amazing! We cannot wait to go back!!

This home is incredible…

The photos don’t really do it justice! Having the living area, primary bedroom and kitchen upstairs (hence the stairs mentioned in another review) lends itself to amazing views that would not be enjoyed by all otherwise. We had four teenagers and three of the four had their own bedroom and bathroom which went over VERY WELL! :) They also enjoyed the pool and all the fun inflatable floats that were there, ready to go when we arrived. It was a great quiet location and just a 10-15 min golf cart drive to the heart of San Pedro. Terri arranged our travel from the airport in Belize to the Caye, was quick to respond to any questions I had about activity referrals once we arrived and she was always cheerful! We walked along the beach for dinner at Aji our first night which I would HIGHLY recommend. Overall it was an amazing trip in an amazing home!!!

Cancellation Request

Contacted owner day prior to arrive at property because 4 out of 6 family members got too sick to travel. I was hoping to get a credit to come back to Belize in the next month or so. Owner waited to respond to request for 4 days. Property owner said the best he could do was keep our money because we were out of cancellation policy period and let us rebook again for a 30% discount on that booking. Very disappointed in how this cancellation happened. Also, needing to wait for 4 days after I needed to cancel the trip to hear from the owner was unacceptable. Got my money so he didn't care about my story and the reason for the late cancellation.
