•There is free parking available in the lot underneath the building, please note this cannot be reserved and is on a first come, first serve basis - with a height restriction of 7.5Ft. Open spaces surrounding the main building are available for taller vehicles.



Unit Access:

• As you enter through the main entrance to the lobby, you'll notice hallways with wide clearance and two elevators.

• Our guests get complimentary access to the condo's amenities open from 8am - 10pm, year round

• To keep everyone safe and comfortable, we allow only one pet up to 40 lbs. Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate large breeds like Rottweilers or German Shepherds. If you're bringing a pet, please share the breed and weight with us in advance. Thanks for understanding!

•A pet fee of $99 will be included at the time of booking if the pet is declared. If a pet is not declared during booking, the fee will be charged separately after the reservation is made and the pet is disclosed.
