Are included in the rental: WIFI, end-of-stay cleaning, sheets, towels, four parking spaces including two secure inside the property and your first consumables (coffee, toilet paper, garbage bag, washing-up liquid, dishwasher and washing machine capsules).



Ideal for up to 6 people with 160m², "La Taurine" nestles in a dead end in the heart of the old town 400 m from the quays of the port, 20 minutes walk from the creeks of Figuerolles and Mugel, 15 minutes from the nearest beach.

As soon as you pass the gate, there is a spirit, a cosy and relaxing atmosphere that you will appreciate. You will have the choice between different delicately shaded outdoor spaces to share a barbecue with the family, have breakfast or simply share a friendly moment. The typical Mediterranean garden, the swimming pool -6m x 3m x 1.4m deep) and its two terraces are all invitations to idleness. The commissioning of the pool begins from the 1st week of the Easter holidays (French school holidays) until the last week of the All Saints holidays (French school holidays).

This old building completely renovated with taste is naturally fresh with its thick walls.

The careful decoration offers a soft balance between modernity and authenticity. The equipment is very complete with underfloor heating, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, pantry, ... nothing is missing for your comfort.



All rooms on the ground floor are connected to the exteriors by glass doors or large windows. The living room is the center piece of the house with its zenithal ceiling which offers a very large volume and is connected to all the rooms. The open kitchen overlooks the latter and offers in the back kitchen a pantry / laundry room very practical on a daily basis. The dining room is welcoming with its fireplace.

On the ground floor, and slightly separated, is also the suite "Mamoune" with its dressing room and bathroom offering shower and bath. It is equipped with two single beds grouped together to offer a bed of 160 x 200 and a ceiling fan.

An independent toilet is also at your disposal on this level.



Upstairs, you will find the two bedrooms "Jeanne" and "Matty", air-conditioned, equipped with wardrobes, dressers, clothes racks. One is equipped with a bed of 140 cm the other with two single beds of 80 cm hat can be grouped or separated on request.

The bathroom with toilet is shared by these two bedrooms.

Last room of the floor, the TV room on the mezzanine overlooks the living room and offers the second sitting area.

Let yourself be carried away by the sweetness of the place, recharge your batteries in this idyllic setting where decoration, comfort, scents, and Provencal vegetation will leave you the delicate imprint of these peaceful moments spent at " La Taurine ".

We put at your disposal 4 parking spaces, two of which are secure inside the house.

The house is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

The house cannot be rented to organize parties or events.

Arrival times: 16h-19h, departure time: 9h-10h. In summer, the agency will define the time of provision of the property and departure in these slots according to the schedule of the maintenance and reception teams.



The district

The house is located on the old port, nestled in the heart of the old town of La Ciotat, which runs quietly through small streets full of charm, and cleared of all traffic, the center being pedestrian. Discover houses whose construction spread from the fifteenth to the nineteenth century. The tangle of streets and alleys leads to many squares, such as the Sadi Carnot square and its refreshing fountain where you can stop for a drink.

Also take advantage of the new docks of the old harbours totally renovated in 2019. The markets, the terraces are an invitation to enjoy the rhythm of the products, dishes and the Mediterranean climate.

You can easily enjoy La Ciotat and its unique environment with its rugged and spectacular coastline, its bay nicknamed «THE GULF OF LOVE» but also its hinterland: park of the Calanques, Calanque de Figuerolles, park and Calanque of Mugel, the green island, the beaches, circuit of the Castellet, etc.

On or under water, on land or in the air, the choice of activities is wide: diving, sailing, kayaking, hiking or simply relaxing to enjoy the sun.

You can also take back your vehicle and embark at your leisure on the discovery of the AOC vineyards of Cassis or Bandol, visit the Calanques by boat, opt for a golf course, practice hiking in the Massif du Castellet or in the reserve of the Calanques, discover the Golden Islands, Marseille, Aix en Provence, etc.
