Summary:
This beautiful home has something for everyone and plenty of room to spread out. Peaceful views of the lake from the screened porch are a great place to start and end your days. You will have the use of the private covered dock. The home is very spacious with the entire upper level for the kids to play ping pong, air hockey and other games. On the lower level of the home is another great space to unwind and watch sports or movies.

The Space:
Main Level:
King Suite - private bathroom with double vanity, garden tub, and walk-in shower

Upper Level:
Queen Bedroom – Two Queen Beds; shared bathroom with tub/shower combo
Loft - Two Futons; shared bathroom with tub/shower combo

Lower Level;
King Suite - private bathroom with tub/shower combo
Queen Suite - private bathroom with tub/shower combo
Queen Bedroom with a Daybed - shared bathroom with tub/shower combo
Twin Room - This is a small room that has a Twin bed for the snorer in your group, or for that one person who loves total darkness. This bedroom is not included in the bedroom count.

The Neighborhood:
This is a residential neighborhood. Most of the neighbors live here year-round. Please be mindful of the residents and keep noises to a minimum after 10pm and to take it slow on the lake when bringing in your boat or jet skis. The drive way can hold up to five cars. Please do not park on the street or in the cul-de-sac. The detached garage is not available to guests.

Other Things to Note:
In most cases, fireplaces are not operational.

We think the lake should be fun and active. So enjoy the lake toys! But please remember to put them back up when you are done.
