This remarkable home offers four spacious bedrooms and three and half well-appointed bathrooms, and an outdoor shower providing ample space for everyone to retreat and rejuvenate. If you love swimming or kayaking, you`ll love the dock just 1/10 of a mile throught the woods from the property. The dock is uncovered, so you can tie up your boat (must be a shallow water boat) during your stay, or sit back on the dock and enjoy the peaceful setting of the cove. Boating limited to those vessels suited for more shallow water, but it is just around the corner from the deep emerald waters of Keowee!

The lot is lakefront, but not a lake view form the home. There is a wonderful nature trail leading down to the water from the back deck of the home. Immerse yourself in the beauty of nature as you take a leisurely stroll along the captivating nature trail that leads you to the pristine waters of the lake. The trail takes approx 5-10 minutes to reach the lake.

Indulge in a plethora of recreational activities right at your doorstep. Wheather you prefer swimming, kayaking, or simply basking in the sun, the private dock provides the ideal spot for relaxation and enjoyment. Explore the expansive lake at your own pace, creating unforgettable memories with friends and family.

1) No parties or large gatherings.
2) No amplified sound equipment.
3) 24 Courtesy Hours for neighbors and the surrounding community. Any complaints may result in a fine to the tenant or immediate cancelation of the booking. Be respectful to the neighbors!
4) No smoking on the property.
5) No drugs or drug paraphernalia is allowed on the property.
6) No leaning or sitting on the deck railing as there is a risk of falling. Guests are responsible for reporting any loose railing or concerns to the property manager immediately.
7) All children under 18 years of age must be always monitored, specifically near the lake, the hot tub, and on the deck/patio areas. The safety of your family and guests are the sole responsibility of the person booking this reservation.
8) There is no exception to the check-in and check-out times. Any delay in checking out will be billed at a fee of $250 per hour.
9) Any accidental damage should be reported to the Property Manager immediately. Any damage that occurs and is not reported will be billed to the person who booked the reservation and reported to AirBNB/VRBO.
10) All trash must be bagged and placed in the provided waste receptacles (near shed). Any trash not bagged and removed after your departure will be billed at $100 per bag.
11) All sheets used during your stay should be removed upon check-out and placed on the floor at the foot of the bed. Please Leave comforters and mattress pads on the beds.
12) All used towels should be placed in the bathroom floor.
13) Upon Check-out, place any unwashed dishes in the dishwasher and start the cycle before leaving the home.
14) Guests must keep the property always locked when not at the home and should lock the doors prior to their departure.
15) No Pets allowed... if there is Pre-Approved pets then they are not permitted on the furniture or in any indoor showers or bathtubs. An outdoor shower is available to wash pets. Pets are to be dried outside.
16) Guests will be required to sign an external rental agreement.
