This house was excellent it has everything a family needs on vacation, perfect location for Disney parks and on a quiet well kept gated community.

Great Area

It was overall good, except the A/C did not work good in the left side of the house, bedrooms were very hot, we bought fans, but did not help much. When we checkrd out then finally they came and fixed it.

More than anticipated

Surprised that the home mainly appeared the same as the website. Other than the lanai, it was clean and welcoming. Happy to see there were bedding and pillows for all beds, towels & beach towels. The garage are was a great space with the pool table and other games. Overall, I would rent again. Highly suggest action is taken on the lanai and pool area. It would make for a better experience.

Beautiful Lakeview Home.

This 5 bedroom 3 bath house is beautiful. Close to Disney and Universal. There were ducks and 4 Sandhill Cranes at this lake. Amazing. At first the pool was incredible. By midweek it turned green. Very disappointing. The outside area could of used a power wash before we arrived.

During the 19 day stay the pool turned green, it was treated then turned green again, this was not resolved. The issue was raised many many times with the property management, overall the pool was only usable for 4 days

Delayed check in & pool issues

I booked this group for a group of moms for our daughters dance nationals at the ESPN center. I requested an early check-in and was advised available, even when I stated I would pay. Since we went food shopping, I drove to the house at 1:30 and nobody was even there to clean. We walked around the back of the yard to see the area and all the pool furniture and patio furniture was in a heap of a mess surrounded by the grill, covered in dirt and weeds. I immediately called and advise them of the situation. I then received another call that my check-in would now be delayed even more due to maintenance issues. The maintenance issue was to clean the mess in the backyard and power wash all equipment. This delay caused us to miss the dance competition parent dinner. There also was a problem with the pool that evening the pool was making a large grinding sound. It turned out the pool did not have enough water in it to hit the filter, so therefore, I had to fill the pool. Which then led me to believe that nobody came to even inspect or clean the pool, including check chemical levels prior to check in. We refused to use the pool since we were unsure if the chemical levels were safe. In summary, we very much enjoyed the house as well as our group time together. It is a beautiful house. It is too bad that I would not stay here again due to those maintenance issues and poor communication to satisfy my early check-in request and to handle situations prior to check in.

Met our needs

We are a laid back family that frequently travels. For this trip we were looking for a modest home to spread out in and have a heated pool to kick back and relax. This property delivered on those fronts. As requested, the pool was heated upon our arrival and the overall accommodations met our expectations. A few points: -the community is very nice, safe and quiet. Only issue here is the gated entry can be cumbersome. Every time we would return to the property we had to wait for the remote guard to answer and then re-verify us. We appreciate and understand this step for safety but It would be nice to be provided a “pass” or QR code to bypass waiting for the guard every time. I will note there were two times the gate seemed to “recognize” our car and just let us in. -the house overall is nice but does need updates. For example, a simple fix in the master bathroom would be to replace the shower enclosure and shower head. The gold enclosure is falling apart and the door does not seal. Some other updates seem to be in process like painting kitchen cabinets and various walls, but they are not complete. -a few bulbs need replacing and we did notify management upon arrival. We were told someone would address but it was not taken care of during our stay. -Furnishings and decor were all very nice and the house had adequate towels, utensils, and various household items. -Refrigerator ice dispenser was jammed and didn’t work during our stay. Forgot to notify management on this. -Pool is great but there are rips in the screen in need of repair as well as the pool is coming due for a good acid wash. Final takeaway is that it’s a great modest house conveniently located near all the prime attractions in the area and perfect for the price.

Not as clean and pool heat was not working for first three days

Manager was hard to get a hold of and I even called two days prior to make sure pool was heated when we arrived and it wasn’t. She came out and said it takes 24 hours but didn’t do anything. Another employee came 3 days later and turned it up and on correctly but the hot tub really never got hit but pool was finally warm. House cleanliness could have been bette and swept and floors mopped

Disappointed with Vacasa management company

Reserved this property in February 2021. Advertised as pet friendly. The week before we left I was calling to register vehicles and found out it had been changed to no pets! I had to get special permission to bring our dog and pay an additional $540! I was livid but stuck. I also found out I had to pay $1000 to have pool heated!!! It’s February and we were there for the whole month. Any place we had stayed in before u paid if u wanted the pool heated March or later. Again was very upset. No instructions were given about residence. Had to have property manager come and show us TV set up as there were 4 remotes. Then I had a couple other issues and texted her. She quit responding to me after I got good lip service on how she was “always available”. Then we had a sewage backup in all 3 bathrooms!!! Tied up a whole day! The property manager was in a meeting and couldn’t respond to issue so the man she sent, Kevin was great. Stayed until the issue was resolved and sent a wonderful contractual cleaning service, Nanda and John, who were there for three hours and did an amazing job. The property manager who by the ways name is Lisa never even contacted us to make sure things were resolved or offer us some compensation for our lost day. Layout of space was nice…kitchen supplies were somewhat lacking. Need a new set of frying pans…they were awful. Had to buy a can opener. Pool was nice but pool area was dirty and furniture cushions were very moldy…time to update those. Bottom line….could b a very nice rental but I will never book anything that has “Vacasa” associated with it again. Was extremely disappointed all the way around

Dirty/ empty pool and terrible check in

When we arrived at the property the pool was green, cold and the hot tub was almost empty and green. (We payed $300 extra to have the pool heated and selected this property because of the nice pool). We got the run around and having to call several times before we finally cleaned the pool ourself and demanded a $530 credit for the ‘pool portion’ of our rental payment. It took a couple days before the pool was usable! The house itself was beautiful and very clean, but management was horrific to deal with! They just offered no resolution and kept saying a pool maintenance would show up, which never did. We expected the pool to be ready, clean and warm at check in time!

A Perfect Choice

We came to the Orlando area for our son’s wedding. We rented this home because it gave us great flexibility. Our 4 granddaughters spent a couple of nights here and had a ball in the pool and getting to choose to sleep in the twin beds and the bunk beds. Our 6 year old granddaughter loved the Disney room with a full wall mural of a castle and princess pictures! We also entertained some friends and were able to offer other family members a place to stay for a day or two to extend their visit. The place was spacious, very clean, and even had a pool table and air hockey table in the garage. Everyone who visited or stayed really enjoyed themselves. The last few days it was just relaxation and down time for me and my husband… quiet, peaceful, and very comfortable. It was an excellent choice for what we needed.

Quick getaway to Disney

Fabulous location and property. Great space for family and proximity to the Disney parks. My only issue was lack of supportive items in kitchen such as oven mits. There are no items in the pantry so you must supply all. Nothing grocery delivery can’t fix though!

What a great stay!

Loved the house and it’s proximity to all the parks. Everything was extremely clean. All questions and concerns were answered in a timely manner. The value we received for the price was incredible. Would definitely book again as opposed to staying in a Disney Hotel. Loved having room to hang out. The game room was a definite plus. We did have a problem with sugar ants but one call and it was taken care of by management. Great family place!

Would never stay there again

When we arrived there were breadcrumbs on the table looked like someone just finished eating. Bugs were smeared on the walls and the pool and hot tub were freezing cold. We call the management company they said sorry the maids could have eaten lunch and didn’t clean up. We asked about the pool they said sorry it takes 3 days to heat so it wouldn’t be worth it. We travel quite a bit and this has to be the worst rental property we have ever stayed at. The game room was a broken TV, Xbox that didn’t work and a chess board without pieces. Find a different property.
