Welcome to The Marvel Mansion, a spacious five bedroom Orlando vacation home that sleeps 14 and features a large private fenced backyard with pool & spa, a Super Smash Bros movie theater & game room, TWO king bedrooms, and themed rooms for the kids and adults including Spider Man, Guardians of The Galaxy, and Doctor Strange! Located only minutes from Disney World in the closest gated community to Disney, Universal, and also close to shopping and dining on 192 and all Orlando attractions.

Location, location, location! This home is located in a private gated community called Formosa Gardens, which you will find is as close as a vacation home rental can get to Disney World, plus shopping and dining along 192.

- The spa does not stay heated like a hot tub, it only heats when you turn on the timer.
- Pool heating during the winter months is not guaranteed if outdoor temperatures are under 60.

POOL HEATING FEE = $40 day, and must include your entire stay and must be added to reservation prior to arrival.

* Pool disclaimer: Although we will set the Pool temperatures to 86, no specific regular pool temperature is guaranteed by this service. During and after cold fronts, or in winter generally when days are short, pool heaters may struggle, or even be unable to keep the water at the same temperature until the weather gets warmer. The optional pool heater service must be ordered and paid before our service personnel can turn it on. We suggest ordering pool heat prior (48 hours) to your arrival. Without optional pool heat, pool temperatures can go down to 50-60°F in December to March depending on the weather. The pool heater will help to warm up the pool faster when it gets warmer outside, however, you should not expect “bathtub temperatures” during, or after Central Florida winter cold fronts or cold nights.

* Unfortunately, we are unable to activate / deactivate the pool heater on short notice or provide refunds for previously ordered pool heater service. We reserve the right to make pool heat unavailable at any time for maintenance or repairs. In case of a technical malfunction, we will refund the pool heat charge for the time the heating service was not available to you. No further credit will be given if pool equipment fails or is unavailable for any reason.

POOL WEEKLY SERVICE:
Our pool is serviced once a week to ensure the PH is just right for our guests! Please do not be alarmed if you see someone on the patio checking or servicing the pool. Service days are typically on Thursday or Friday.

HOUSE RULES:
- Enjoy yourselves! :)
- All trash must be placed in the trash carts on the side of the house and brought to the curb on Monday Nights.
- DO NOT leave doors and windows open (Florida is hot, the a/c will stop working and you`ll have insects, or lizards visiting you indoors.
- Accidents happen. Inform us immediately about any damage. This way we can ensure the house remains in perfect condition for all our guests.
- To ensure maximum cleanliness for all our guests we ask that no shoes, food, or drinks be allowed in bedrooms, or loft area.
- No pets: Although we love pets and animals, unfortunately we cannot accept your pet into our home, because we have other guests and owners who are allergic to animals.
- No parties or gatherings of groups larger than the confirmed reservation total. Be mindful of the noise level for our neighbors.
- No tape, adhesives, or anything sticky allowed on walls, furniture, stair railings etc.
- Remotes controls must be left in the rooms they belong to.
- Remove any leftovers from the refrigerator or any other personal belongings.

This home is in a private, gated community called Formosa Gardens, which you will find is very close to Disney World property, and also shopping, dining, and more attractions along HWY 192 - Irlo Bronson Highway.

Pool and spa heating is an additional $40 per day

- Propane gas is not guaranteed, and we do not charge a fee for the grill. If using the BBQ grill, please turn off the propane tank after using the grill, and please clean the grates with grill brush after every use. This helps us maintain the grill.
- Remotes controls must be left in the rooms they belong.
- Remove any leftovers from the refrigerator or any other personal belongings.
