Wonderful Stay!

Palmas Del Mar was absolutely amazing and gorgeous with wonderful and quick communication with the host. If you are looking for a relaxing getaway, but still close enough to shops, amenities, a pool and the ocean, look no further. We look forward to visiting again in the future;)

Great place

This property was exactly what we needed in a great location. It felt cozy and comfortable. We loved how close it was to the pool as well as the beach. The extras (beach towels, umbrella, beach tote) were super useful for beach/pool outings. The second bathroom was nice to have. It had everything we needed!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at your beautiful apartment in Palmas Del Mar Humacao, and it was truly a delightful experience. The location was perfect, and the views of the beach and surrounding areas were stunning. Our family enjoyed walking to the beach and relaxing at the pool. The apartment itself was in excellent condition and the accommodations were both elegant and very cozy. The overall quality of our stay was exceptional, providing us with a relaxing retreat. We highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a peaceful and comfortable getaway in Palmas Del Mar. Our sincerest thanks to the hosts for providing such a wonderful place to stay!

Owner very easy to communicate with. Unit had best location, right across from the pool and steps to the beach. Kitchen recently remodeled with new appliances, although no dishwasher. Easy floor plan for two adults and two teens. Nice to have 1 ½ baths. Nice balcony facing beach and golf course hole. Would definitely reserve this unit again.

Spring Break

Stayed with the family during spring break and it was perfect for us. The location was great with views of the golf course and beach which made every morning a perfect patio morning for coffee. The beach was nice and steps away and wasn’t crowded at all. The apartment was nice and clean and was well equipped. The community was very nice and seemed very safe with the check in points. The only thing I wish we would’ve known about earlier was about reservations of golf carts before we received the information book 24 hours prior. So make sure to reserve a gold cart to zip around the community in to get to restaurants etc within the resort. Very nice place.

Beach Village is a huge resort area

At the last minute we found that we had been double booked on the unit we had reservations. But our host Eddie gave us a nicer unit next door. A little disconcerting if he would been unable to accommodate us. So I cannot rate this unit as we did not stay in it. The beach is not great here, a little rough and quite angled. This is a resort area, so you don't get the feel of Puerto Rico. We stayed in the unit next door which was VERY nice.

We loved our stay!

We had such a great time during our stay. The property is beautiful. Exactly as described. Literally steps from the beach. The view from the balcony and living room are amazing! The extras included with the rental were great. Boogie boards, beach towels, chairs and an umbrella. Even a cooler. The host was great with communication as well. The neighborhood is safe, walkable with restaurants and friendly. We absolutely would recommend this rental. What a great relaxing time we had. Thank you!

Beautiful Property!

One of the nicest properties I have stayed at while visiting Palmas. After traveling all day it was a nice surprise to have a welcoming package waiting when I arrived there. Well designed and cared for and every amenity has been well thought out. Gorgeous views of the ocean and golf course! Highly recommend !!

What a fine location, just step from the beach the sound of the surf is a constant “white noise.” The unit is very comfortably furnished, with a full, comfy kitchen that we used for most meals - testing ourselves each day to a restaurant meal at one of the multiple fun places in Palmas. Nice artworks on the walls made for a home- like feel. And that was how it was for us- our short- term home.

Along with having family in Puerto Rico, Katherine and I have always wanted to have property somewhere in the Caribbean. We came to Palmas Del Mar for our honeymoon this past summer, and fell in love with the area. It provided everything we needed (Safety/Security, amazing views, great weather, and nearby activities for excursions..etc). After spending the week in "Palmas" we decided to become investors and purchased a unit. We took on a renovation project from Raleigh, N.C. and the rest is history!

We hope you enjoy the experience of staying in Palmas and everything the area has to offer as much as we do. We are readily available for any inquiries and questions you may have!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Honestly, the pictures do not give it justice. The minute we walked into the unit for our first walkthrough, we knew it was the one! We looked into several other units throughout the week, but the golf course AND ocean view combo is rare, and it gave us exactly what we were looking for.

All you have to do is go down the stairs and turn left to the beach or turn right to walk directly to the pool. Doesn't get any better than that! There is tons to do on Palmas. Every time we visit, we find a new hiking trail, biking route, gorgeous view or another great place to eat!

Palmas Del mar is a short drive to El Yunque Rain forest and Roosevelt Roads ferry terminal for Culebra and/or Vieques Island day trips! Perfect location to make all of your excursions a reality!
