One of the best views for such an amazing prize. The balcony was huge and everybody had room to feel comfortable. Is it a wonderful day? We’ll definitely do it again.

From Joanne Laboy, August 26, 2025I highly recommend this Villa, it's beautiful and very comfortable, it has a big balcony with an amazing ocean view, we encounter a couple of issues wich I addressed to Greg and within a very short period of time he had them fix, he's very responsible returning messages and phone calls within a couple of minutes. I look forward to stay at this villa again when vacationing in P.R.

The place has a great view and everything that you need for the stay, for cooking and towels for the beach. The only issue was that the AC in the master bedroom was not working and had to use a couple of fans to keep us cooler at night.

Great vacation spot

We loved this condo. It was one of the nicest that we have stayed in on our travels. It was well stocked in a nice, quiet and well kept community. Our kids loved the pools and all the ponds with the turtles. There were many good restaurants near by that we enjoyed. We ventured out to El Yunique, Old San Juan and to the bioluminescent bay. All were around 45-60 minutes away. It was nice to come back to a peaceful and quiet area. The only downfall was the sargassum on the beach. The first couple days the beach was not usable, but the last part of the trip we were able to use the beach and ocean. Overall a great trip and condo.

We stayed the first week of June 2025 so I think it was the off season. There were not many people there at all, felt like we had the place to ourselves. We didn't have a lot of interaction with staff, just the people at the gates, but they were very friendly. The VRBO was perfect for the 4 of us and had just about everything we needed! 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was awesome, especially after a long day at the beach and everyone just wanting a shower! Being able to do laundry was also great. The place was clean with beach towels, a cooler, what we needed in the kitchen, laundry soap and dryer sheets, shampoo and conditioner. It had what we needed, but we didn't spend a ton of time there, mostly at night after touring Puerto Rico. The cooler was great to have and we left a couple of reusable bags from walmart for the next guests because you will need them! The pools were nice as well. The only down side was although it does have a view of the beach, you cant get in. There is so much seaweed and the waves were huge and dangerous. So we had to travel 40 min to an hour to get to swimmable beaches and hiking in El Yunque National Forest, but the VRBO was worth it for us! The resort also has a great trail system if you enjoy morning walks or runs! My husband did all of the communicating with the host but he was great and very accommodating. Thank you for making our stay in Puerto Rico great!

A week in Paradise.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful three-bedroom villa in Puerto Rico! From the moment we arrived, everything was easy and welcoming. The keyless entry system made check-in smooth and stress-free, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches like beach towels, a cooler for day trips, and a guest book full of helpful local recommendations and villa details.The villa itself was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The grounds were beautifully maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere, and we especially loved that the living room and two of the bedrooms opened onto an expansive balcony with stunning views of the ocean and the pool area—such a treat to wake up to each morning.It was the perfect place to unwind, explore, and enjoy everything Puerto Rico has to offer. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-equipped place to call home while visiting the island.

Spacious apt with very nice view

Apt is very spacious and nicely furnished. Kitchen is well equipped. We did have issues with one toilet ( water would not stay in tank seal needed to be replaced) Owner did send a repairman however did not fix toilet claiming parts not available toilet needs to be replaced after we leave.Also air conditioning did not work well. Temp in apt would cycle from 82 to 76 and kept going back up to 82. Owner sent repairmain however, this was never fixed. Some exhaust vents needed to be removed to allow unit to cool down better. Beware owner wants you to maintain temp at 74 which is warm in this climate due to high humidity. Owner never followed up to see if all was well after air conditioning repairman visit.

Wonderful Spot

The unit is very clean and is actually more spacious than pictured. The property grounds are very well maintained and the area is very safe! We enjoyed walking and jogging the many paths in the community. The pool area is wonderful and the beach is just a few steps further. We found several restaurants at the nearby Plaza and enjoyed having some close easy dinner options. The unit is well stocked and we cooked breakfast and prepared lunch easily with all the provided utensils.

Beautiful place to stay

We are so glad we chose this property to stay at! It was perfect for our party of 7, including 2 kids. We had everything we needed and more, super clean and well organized. Check in was a breeze and the host was very responsive. Our favorite part about staying here was the kiddie pool. If you have a larger family, staying here is a must!

Quiet & relaxing

It was a bit confusing to get nack to the building once we arrived at the resort, but all the resort staff were friendly and patient helping us to get where we needed to be. The condo is beautiful and comfortable. We stayed with extended family and had plenty of space for everyone. We had a couple minor issues during our stay, but maintenance and the owner were incredibly responsive and resolved the issues quickly and with very little inconvenience. The property is quiet and well suited for families. We enjoyed the 3 pools and spent much of our time either there or relaxing on the balcony. There was so much space we felt like we had the whole resort to ourselves.

Stunning location

This was the perfect location for our group. Right on a beautiful beach! Villa was clean and well stocked. The host was quick to communicate. Would absolutely stay again.

Palmas 2024

We LOVED the Villa! It had lots of room and a wonderful balcony with a great view! We had many meals and morning coffee on it. Crescent Beach has great pools and everyone was very friendly! We had no issues. Kitchen was well equipped. We were very happy!
