Cozy, clean 2br/2ba condo in downtown Breckenridge. Sleeps 8 comfortably (2 king beds, 2 queen leather sofa sleepers). Two additional twin folding beds as well as a pack and play crib available for use. Beautiful stone fireplace with easy on/off switch in full view of two comfortable leather recliners. Large banquette and fully stocked kitchen. East-facing patio to enjoy the morning sun or a delicious grilled meal. Underground private parking to keep your vehicle warm in the winter and cool in the summer, as well as space to park bicycles. Indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna. Access to owners lounge with television, couches, fireplace, and pool table. Laundry facilities also available on the premises.

Convenient location, nice amenities

We decided to book this 2-bedroom, 2-bath VRBO condo for 2 couples to spread out and to have space during our ski/snowboard vacation. This condo has one reserved garage parking space and one outside space-available permit parking. It has a cozy living room with fireplace, new kitchen appliances, and nicely appointed kitchen. It is located .4 miles from the gondola. On the first day of skiing/snowboarding we did end up walking to and from the gondola with all our gear. On subsequent days we decided to pay for parking adjacent to the gondola to minimize the walking and to maximize the good attitude. The VRBO is within .2-mile walking distance of very good restaurants. The dining scene in Breckenridge was pleasantly amazing. We would stay in this VRBO again if we were to visit Breckenridge again. Thank you!

Phenomenal trip and terrific condo and host!

There were 4 of us, 2 adult couples, and it was perfect for our group. The beds were nice, it was a very comfortable space, and there were numerous places to spend time quietly alone in and on the porch or patio area of the condo. But it also was a great gathering place in both the dining and living area. Stan, the host, is as good as it gets. And while we just met him for the first time, I'm quite sure our paths will cross again, and when our travels bring us to Breckenridge, we will be looking for another awesome experience at this condo in this amazing place. Stan was extremely helpful, the location was quiet and comfortable. A fantastic indoor pool. Even better, an extremely large outdoor sitting area for fires and after glows. It was a great location, terrific host, outstanding venue, incredible town - We were blessed & hope to return. Thank you.

Not as advertised damage to the inside of property extremely smelly, and found better accommodations to avoid this total failure. For anyone thinking of staying at this particular unit. The owner needs to be on top of any problems that’s arise from close or far away. Until issues are addressed avoid this place at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Perfect location in Downtown Breckenridge

Our family just got back from a great week in Downtown Breckenridge and this condo exceeded all expectations! As the title mentions, it's just a short walk from so many restaurants, shops and bars. Even though we ate out all 7 days, there were still so many restaurants we wanted to visit, but didn't have enough time. You can also walk to the gondola, or drive a few blocks and park. The gondola will take you to Peak 7 or Peak 8. A block away is a nice mom-and-pop movie theater with one screen and good snacks and drinks. We watched the new Ghostbusters movie and the family loved it. The indoor heated pool, hot tub and sauna were great after an day of skiing. There's even a pool table if you wish to play that. Inside the condo was plenty of room. There were two big bedrooms (one a master), a large kitchen, dining room and family room. The TV had infinite number of streaming options, and free live TV. We went grocery shopping at a nearby store and were able to stock the fridge for the week. There's an underground garage, but because of the size of our vehicle, we just parked outside next to the condo. The owner Stan was extremely responsive to any questions. If looking to venture out, Keystone and Frisco are only about 20-30 minutes away. Both have great small downtowns too.

Awesome location!

The property was nice, warm and clean. Kitchen is stocked properly with everything you need. Location I can't say enough. 3 or so blocks from main street with all the stores and restaurants. Garage in the basement is awesome, secure and you don't have to de ice anything. Stan was awesome with communication. Would recommend any time and we will come back. Thank you Stan..

Great location and comfortable space

Extended stay and did not get tired of the unit. Great location for town and ski. Living area was nicely furnished and well lit. New appliances were clean and in great shape.

Cozy and very close to Main Street

My family and I enjoyed very much our stay in Stan’s place, very cozy and accessible. Just a few blocks from Main Street which made it easier to move and enjoy the town to the fullest. Communication with the host was fast, easy and available for our questions at any time. We will definitely come back again!!

Best in Breck!!

We booked this place as it seemed convenient to lifts, close to town, & was spacious for our family of 6. It met every expectation & we enjoyed our getaway greatly. Place was stocked in kitchen, had plenty of linens, & comfy seating & eating area. We didn’t need to drive once we were parked as everything was close to property. Kids loved the pool & hot tub after snow activities. Would definitely book again!

This condo was located in a great location. We had an issue that it had only one parking spot but Stan let us know where else we could park. He was great at getting back to me for issues we incurred. It was very clean and comfortable.

Perfect condo for a weekend getaway in Breckinridge

The owner was very responsive and the property was clean and well stocked in the kitchen. Lots of board games for us to play and great services on the TV to watch. The location is awesome for a quick walk to Main Street and the gondola.

Located in town

We really enjoyed this warm and inviting condo/home. Loved the heated garage access for easy unloading my children and elderly parents. It was also great when we packed up this morning. We had a beautiful snow over Thanksgiving break and it made skiing in Breckinridge amazing. The condo was a short drive to gondolas and about a 10 min walk. Walk to main shopping area was 5 min and easy enough. We mostly drove to our destinations. Kitchen and bedrooms were nice sized and well furnished and clean. Living room has a beautiful gas fireplace and 2 queen fold out couches that the kids loved. Nice sized table for games and puzzles. We had a great time and hope to stay here again!

Excellent place!

This condo is well furnished and layed out nicely. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of extra linens and pillows to make up the sofa beds. Kitchen was well equipped too. We like the fact there was an elevator and the condo is on the first floor above the underground garage! No stairs :) Owner was responsive to any messages we sent via the VRBO app.
