Newly renovated condo with a direct ocean view, located steps away from the beach through a private gate.

The unit has a newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms with ocean views from your two private balconies. The property has a heated pool year round as well as a grill area for nights you stay on site.

2 bedroom suite renovated for your delight. This room has everything you'll even need in a vacation rental. 2 full bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen, living room and TWO private balconies! There is an air mattress as well if needed. Basic kitchen supplies are provided for meal prep and cooking. Enjoy the newly installed stone floors as you walk through to the sunrise views from the balcony.

Free parking in the front lot, as well as along the sand road beach access point along the white wall and an overflow lot across the street.

At any point in time through out your stay please feel free to reach out for whatever it is you may need! Special event your traveling for, wedding, birthday, anniversary, ect. Let us know! If you need some fresh towels, linen change, or just a can opener, we are available for whatever it is you need.

Located just miles away from Flagler Ave, New Smyrna Beach. It is the perfect distance for you to enjoy the local life, but far enough to get away from it and have peace and relax when you want. Many local restaurants give you plenty of variety to choose from when selecting your breakfast, lunch or dinner!
We ask that any dishes used be run through the dishwasher upon check out. No food in bedrooms. No smoking in units at all. No pets.

Good

Location was good. We rented 203/204 the rooms overlooked the pool and the ocean. The king bed could use a new mattress or some type of topper. The only down fall is there is no elevator and the lack of parking. Most nights we had to park across the street. Overall it was nice and the price was good.

Girls Get Away

The location is an old hotel converted into condos. The rooms were updated but a little worn from poor craftsmanship and use. It suited our needs for a weekend getaway for friends. The pool was well tended and provided plenty of space for those using it. The location has quick access to the beach and great viewing of night launches from Kennedy Space Center. The parking lot is small but we all found parking in the sand area along the resort property.

Dirty..dirty..dirty

The place could use a good cleaning. The hot pink mold in the shower was a good indication that the shower hasn’t been scrubbed. The floors were gross. The pictures are deceiving. I would not recommend this place. I got a call that my reservation was cxl as I was pulling up to the condo. They asked that I repay for this as I will see a credit on my card. I have yet to see a credit as it was non refundable at that point. Still waiting to see this on my card. We were not the only people staying there that commented on how dirty this place was.

DISGUSTING

This place IS filthy!!! We did not stay…there was no way I was going to sit on the couch let alone sleep in the bed. We could not see through the windows because they were so dirty, we wiped the glass with a napkin to make sure it was dirt clouding our view… yup! Coffee pot… brown, and stinky! Shower had black mold and whole place smelled musty. Someone came to our room and offered to send housekeeping to clean the window. We of course refused because cleaning a window was NOT going to fix the entire, disgusting, germ infested place! He then asked “ what can I do to make it right?” To which I said “give me a refund because we refuse to stay here”…. He just stared at me… never responded at all and then he left. To top it off, my son turned the tv on while we tried to sort this out and PORN was the first thing that came up! STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU LIKE BEDBUGS!

Great Stay

Was just as advertised. The building was a little older, but well maintained. The rooms were recently updated with new bathrooms and new kitchen. The building is right on the beach and is in walking distance to several restaurants. I would defiantly stay here again.

Love the location and views of the sunrise every morning. Right on the beach and close to family! Can't beat New Smyrna Beach and all that it offers from fantastic restaurants, wine walk, Flagler Ave to surfing and golf.
