Somos un complejo de condominios frente al mar en la sección sin manejo de New Smyrna Beach. Nuestro condominio es un 2-2-2; dos dormitorios, dos baños y DOS magníficas vistas. Una de las pocas unidades en Point East con increíbles vistas al mar desde el sur y el norte. Las vistas desde las habitaciones, el balcón y el pasillo frontal son impresionantes; uno vibrante y animado, el otro más tranquilo. Esta unidad duerme 6. (1 rey, 1 completo, 2 gemelos).
Venga a disfrutar de un balcón privado para tomar un café por la mañana mientras disfruta del amanecer, o tome un cóctel por la tarde a la sombra mientras disfruta de la vista al mar. Cocina totalmente equipada, un montón de ropa de cama, toallas, sillas de playa, juguetes de playa y artículos diversos para que su estancia sea cómoda y conveniente. Hay Internet inalámbrico y un gran televisor de pantalla plana. La unidad ha sido pintada y actualizada recientemente.

Vacation

This was our second time staying in the condo, and won’t be our last. So comfortable and clean. Has everything you need. Colleen was great about checking in with us and providing check in and check out procedures ahead of time. Looking forward to next year!

Great Stay!

We had a great stay at this condo. It was very clean and we really appreciated being able to check in an hour early. The unit was well stocked with everything we needed including plenty of towels, beach chairs, toys, and other helpful supplies. The only downside was the king bed in the master bedroom. It was extremely firm, almost like sleeping on the floor, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. One small suggestion would be to add a TV in the kids’ room for a little more entertainment flexibility. Other than that, everything else was fantastic and we really enjoyed our stay.

Best Family Condo!

We will absolutely stay at this condo again! Can not beat the location. Going down to the beach was a breeze and the pool is great as well. The entire complex is well taken care of and the office manager was so friendly and very helpful. Everything you could possibly need when staying with kiddos is there. TVs have all the streaming networks, wifi, plenty of towels and hooks to hang them, plenty of storage drawers in both bedrooms, hangers in closets, a laundry basket, plates/utensils/cups/salt/pepper/seasonings/cleaning supplies/paper towels/toilet paper, even a beach closet with toys/chairs/umbrella! The pots and pans are in like new condition! There's nothing worse than renting a condo with pans that are clearly years past their prime, especially when your kiddos want scrambled eggs every morning. Appliances are in excellent condition. The only super picky negative is the bedrooms do not have room darkening shades/curtains, but bring a sleep mask and you're good. The "kids room" is definitely darker than the master. All the beds are super comfortable! Long story short, the owners of this property have CLEARLY taken excellent care and take great pride in this condo. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.

Amazing Family Vacation

Truly a ‘home away from home’ experience! Colleen ensures the condo is clean and comfortable for those staying there! My family and I felt well taken care of and safe staying here. By 10am families are enjoying their time at the beautiful pool or on the amazing beaches! 100% recommend and will try and stay here in the future!!

Perfect beach vacation

Fantastic stay! Beautiful view, warm pool (even on a cool day), steps from ocean, spacious condo stocked with everything you would need. Comfortable beds and cute beachy decor. Lots to see and do in the area even if you don’t want to visit the big parks. The host was super responsive. We highly recommend!!

Awesome property

This condo was probably the best condo we have rented. The unit was clean, updated, and felt like a home away from home. We enjoyed how Point East wasn't huge and crowded. The unit had what we needed and then some. Communication was great. We want to go back already!

The condo was as described and pictured. The unit looked like it was recently updated with nice kitchen applianes, although we didn’t cook, we could have. The host readily answered any questions I had before checking in. I would definately recommend this unit.

A Little Slice of Beach Heaven

We found this condo to be exactly as described and better. The location was perfect for us, and the amenities just right! Being a beach lover myself and living 3 miles from a NJ beach, I appreciated every aspect of being right on the beach. My grandkids loved both pools and the ocean! I wouldn’t hesitate to book this unit from Colleen and Peter, the BEST!

Amazing stay at the beach.

Place was very clean and very well kept up. We had a problem with the Internet, and the host was very quick to reply. The only thing I'd recommend is if you plan on doing laundry to plan on sourcing some quarters before you get there. The complex doesn't offer any way to get quarters, and the 7/11 across the street can only give you $2 in quarters, which will get you one load. Other then that it was perfect.

Wonderful Trip

The condo was exactly as depicted in the pictures. It was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities for cooking in the kitchen for the days we didn't want to eat out. There were coolers for packing a lunch and sand chairs and umbrellas available for the beach. There are plenty of things to do and plenty of restaurants around making it a great location. Easy access to the beach and supermarkets. We will definitely return next time we are in the area!

Holiday getaway on the water while visiting relatives

Lovely host! Kitchen super stocked! Location perfect for us. Pool and pavilion with tables and lots of chairs. I don’t love the sand, but I love the water so it was nice to sit on the pool deck with the water right there. LOVE the decor and the colors. It was like the sand and the oceab the way the walls were painted (not sure that was planned) nothing negative to say if I wanted to. Colleen our host even sent us a Happy Thanksgiving message which made us smile. You can tell they care about their home and their renters.

We have vacationed in New Smyrna Beach with our family for a decade and love the small beach town community, restaurants, shops and beautiful white sand beach it offers. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Nothing better than New Smyrna Beach. It's the best kept secret outside of local counties. This property is perfect for our snow birds in the winter months and provides great family fun for all, the rest of the year.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

While we are on the no drive beach, we are still close to Flagler Ave boutiques, shops, spas and restaurants. We are walking distance to C's Waffles, So Napa Restaurant and S'mores Ice Cream and Coffee shop.

A few steps on the beach to the south and you will find a quiet strip of beach, yet a few steps to the north and you will find Chase's on the Beach and a beach teeming with activity.

There are weekly activities calendars for seniors during winter months and the senior community has a great time together.

During the summer months, it is an ideal vacation for families with all the water activities you can imagine available nearby. Additionally, there is boat parking upon request.
