Ideally located in a private, secure and very peaceful residence, 1km from the beach and close to the center of Cavalaire, with all convenient shops and services. Not far from St Tropez (20 mns) and La Croix Valmer (5 mns) and Gigaro (5mns).
Very large living room with fireplace, an open plan and spacious kitchen with the dining room. From the living room, you will have a direct access to one ou our terraces where you will enjoy a view on the sea or the swimming pool while having a drink or your dinner.
At this very level, you have the main double room, with air conditioning and attached bathroom (bath and shower),a very large dressing and TV. Two other air-conditioned double rooms with each a bathroom (shower), dressing and TV on the same level. All bedrooms are fitted with 180 cm beds, of whom 2 have beds possibly divided into 2 beds 90 cm. The 3 bedrooms have a direct access to the terrace.
