Escape to beach life for a while! Sea Vita, a pristine, ocean-view vacation home, is a relaxing getaway with spacious deck space, soaring ceilings and an open living concept. On a large corner lot in the desirable Singing Sands West subdivision, Sea Vita is happily situated just steps from the warm sands of Crystal Beach and just two blocks to the neighborhood pool! With over 2000 square feet and 5 bedrooms, your large family will have plenty of room to relax and enjoy. Multiple levels and expansive deck space, all boasting stunning Gulf views. 



After your beach time, relax in the neighborhood pool, enjoy the outdoor shower then catch the game and have a cold beverage at the wrap-around downstairs bar while the kids play in the air conditioned game room right around the corner! Relaxing around the fire pit is the perfect way to relax after a day playing in the waves.  



Stay connected with free Wi-Fi, satellite television or decompress with a book or dvd. EV charger available for guest use! (220 volts, 12-35 miles per hour).

The pictures were probably when this place was new. The carts are extra, 155/day, the pool is a community pool ( not in the house). The space not as large as described. If you coming with a small family it’s fine but not meant for large crowds. 1st floor was mess when we arrived!

Very nice and very clean home It’s quite remote though so if you want to simply relax at the beach this is it If you enjoying doing other things I may advise you to stay on the other side of the ferryOtherwise great time

The home is in an amazing location. Close enough to see your family at the beach and ride the golf cart or even walk back to the home. The kitchen is full of everything you need. There is plenty of linen and towels. It is also located really close to any store you need so commuting is easy. There was some broken things in the home but those were reported to the owner and hopefully fixed. Some were kinda dangerous. The porch (upper level) had a few slots that our 3 year old could fit through and fall from. There was some other small things but don’t effect our stay at all. The down stairs storage area is kinda a disaster but would not be hard to straighten up. Overall we had a great time. The price as a bit steep but I suppose peak season is a thing. Make sure to read the emails they send when you get there to stay. The code for the golf cart is in that… when I called to ask about it I was told to read the email instead of just given the code. lol oh well. Still appreciate the owner letting us stay at the home.

The listing is misleading as it looks very spacious, it is not. All equip is there in the picture but it is scrunched up. Jetted tub I went to turn on water handle came off, I finally got water in the tub, and the jets didn’t work. Trash can handle kept falling off door. We did have a lot of rain, bathroom sewer downstairs started backing up. There were several soft spots left on the deck that needs fixed. Kitchen stocked with pot and pans, that’s it. Stock up all basic items. Several beds felt like they were broken. Grills were rusty.

Men’s Ministry Retreat

We had 13 men stay at property from Friday afternoon until Sunday morning. The property was adequate. Great view, great AC, plenty of hot water and very convenient to the beach. That said, this would be a spectacular property if the owner would invest 3-5k and get it in shape. Small, but many items need attention such as a couple of burners on the stove top are stopped up and don’t work properly, toilet seat in main floor bath is broken and needs replacing, kitchenware needs to be assessed and replaced, downstairs “bar” area is dirty and ceramic “egg” smoker needs to be replaced, the list is long. The property just needs a bit of love and attention to bring it up to snuff.

Needs TLC and repairs

The property was in a great location and had the amenities we were looking for. BUT the house had a terrible mold and mildew smell. Several of our group were having asthma attacks and allergy reactions to it. There was visible water damage inside and the house needs a lot of TLC put in. The pictures did not reflect the wear and tear. Several burners on the gas stove were not working. Management was very communicative but we wished we were informed before hand about the houses issues. Every one in our group had to wash everything we brought when we got home. The mold and mildew smell permeated our items and when we opened the bags it was terrible.

Fun vacation

Our family and friends had such a wonderful stay at Sea Vita!! Lots of fun things for the teens to do as well as the adults! The pool was a clean and refreshing alternative! Hope to stay there again!!

a wonderful birthday getaway !!

i rented this beach house for my boyfriends birthday with family and it fit all 13 us with room to spare. jessica was WONDERFUL with communication and the location was perfect with a beautiful view of the ocean. being it was winter i was still surprised with the amount of mosquitos. the house is beautiful came with extra linens and the kitchen had everything we needed. check in and check out was easy and smooth. rented the golf cart and that is a must it was so convenient to get to the beach and lots of fun. would stay again !!!

Sea Vita Wonderful Stay

From the beginning the communication with Jess never left us wondering about any of the arrangement details. It allowed our entire stay with the whole family stress less. We had plenty bedrooms and bathrooms with just the right number and types of beds for everyone. Bathrooms were plentiful enough to keep everyone happy The beach is a very short and easy walk for all of us and the weather was beautiful! Would definitely stay here again!

It worked for our family of 10 with plenty of room and well stocked. The cleaning/make ready was not the best but mgmt did send maid service to put clean sheets on one of the beds. Dog hair was on living room furniture and the couch had a cover which was not pictured and didn’t fit very well. None of the remotes had batteries in them to work the TVs. The downstairs kitchen was very dirty and the Webber grill in picture was not there, the Green Egg didn’t work but the 2 outside grills were good. There were several protruding nails in the deck which were a hazard. Rented the golf cart and after 2 days it was leaking oil; mgmt did supply a new cart which was very nice. 2 lights in the kitchen were hanging by the wires & need to be secured. Parking was a challenge due to only 4 spaces in the driveway. We have stayed at other homes at Crystal Beach which were much cleaner, so we were a little disappointed with Sea Vita.

Great place to spend a family vacation

We had a group of 12 of us stay and it was perfect! We had one minor issue with a door handle but I text Jess and someone was there to fix it within the hour. If you are particular about the pots and pans you use l, I would bring your own as the ones at the house are old and not the best! All in all our family enjoyed our stay and had a lot of fun.

Wonderful Family Getaway

Sea Vista was absolutely phenomenal. Access to the beach was closer than we had thought. Our family of 14 had plenty of room to spread out. The outdoor space was wonderful. Will definitely stay here again!

Great weekend trip!

There is enough room to fit a lot of people without feeling overcrowded. Enjoy the weekend with family and friends. The beach is just walking distance. You can enjoy the view of the beach from the balcony either on the swing or chairs. Kids loved the bottom had some games and darts. We had a small fire in the fire pit surrounded by chairs with the chilly weather. Their is a lot this home has to make your vacation great. Thank you for having us in your home!

Family Beach vacay

We had a couple of hiccups, but were all a quick easy fix. Owner/Management were very quick to respond. Overall we had a great long beach weekend with family and really enjoyed the house, pool, and beach.
