Updated to a Wheel-Chair accessible house - 3 bedroom, 2bath. Beautiful front porch & private backyard for the entire family. Managed by owner and given a very personal touch. All furniture is sturdy and stylish. This property has a very homy & warm feel to it.

Children & pets are welcomed. Children toys & pet needs are available.

All beach accessories available.

The property is 3 min from Boca Raton. 20 min from Delray Beach. 10 min from Pompano. Deerfield Beach is 5 min. Main highways like 95 & 864 sawgrass are easy to get too. FAU, LYNN universities in Boca Raton 13min. Barwis Rehab is 15 min by car. Miami 45 min in car. Small weddings of 40 guest have celebrated in the beautiful setting in the back yard.

Perfect house/property for a special family celebration at Christmas. We all enjoyed being out in the spacious backyard. Plenty of room in order to host a special Christmas dinner. Hope to return sometime in the future.

Great location - Great accommodations!

We were a group of 6 adults having a mini family reunion. This property was wonderful - lots of areas in the house and outside to hang out with lots of seating. Fully equipped kitchen, nice outside grill, very comfortable beds (with plenty of space to unpack all our belongings), plenty of towels (even for use at the beach), all very clean and a great location. We will gladly return!

Sylvia was highly communicative and kind. The place was clean and how it looked in photos. The backyard was a great place to relax with the wind blowing through the trees. Everything was as we wanted.

Amazing stay! Spotless property with every amenity you need!!

This home was perfect! Everything is so well kept, both inside and outside. It was spotlessly clean, plenty of space, wonderful area outback that is completely fenced in, which was great for our kids. Silvia was a gracious host, ensuring the house was 100% ready for our stay, easy check in and extremely responsive. I have family in Boca and this was the perfect location. Easy access to the highway, plenty of stores within minutes, very short drive to the ocean. We will definitely stay here again!

Backyard is Heaven

Sylvia is a kind, responsive, thoughtful, and always helpful host. The house is clean and comfortable and stocked with whatever you need to have a great stay. Sylvia thought of everything including great beach chairs and blankets. The location is cool, especially because it is across from the Deerfield Beach Cultural Center which has occasional live music, art shows, and guest speakers. It is pretty close to a busy street which gives you easy access to getting around but is a bit noisy at night. Overall, we loved our stay . The backyard is like a piece of heaven and we spent great times out there. Thanks for a beautiful month.

Can’t Wait to Return!

This house is simply perfect. Not only was it close to everything you may possibly need access to, the house itself was fully stocked with everything you need. Traveling with a two year old we were a bit nervous about not having his toys & comforts of home. Silvia went above and beyond for our son making sure he had more then enough toys and entertainment. Beach equipment, beach toys, backyard toys, a full size crib with all the bedding, and more! Additionally, the house was absolutely spotless & smelled super clean. Our week went fast as vacations always do. We absolutely cannot wait to return to Deerfield Beach & stay at Silvia’s home again. If you are a family traveling with children - this house is for you!

Even better than advertised!

We had a fantastic 2-week stay here. The house is really well appointed and has everything you need for a great stay. Unlike a lot of rentals, this house actually feels like a home (though much cleaner than the one we actually live in ;) ). There's plenty of room in the house to sit back and relax, but the fully-fenced backyard is what really makes it. It's a little paradise with great sun and shade, and my kids loved having a safe place to play. Sylvia made sure we had everything we needed, and she went above and beyond with providing stuff for the kids--toys, books, cribs, high chairs, plastic bowls and baby spoons! We'll definitely book again next time we're down this way.

Lovely beach home away from home near

Boom Chicka house is lovely and perfect for a family getaway. Silvia has made this home so accommodating and comfortable. There are so many special touches that take it from “normal” to “extraordinary”. It is a quick drive to the beach but also has a very beautiful backyard if you need some peace and quiet. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of room for a family to space out. I highly recommend this home if you are coming to the Deerfield / Boca Raton area.

I chose this property because of its Florida Charm. It has a beautiful large porch and backyard surrounded by nice landscaping. Wood floors are warm and welcoming. The bedrooms are spacious. Deerfield Beach is walking distance from the house. The home is near 95 expressway and in the middle of everything. Delray Beach is 20 min north. Boca Raton Mizner Park is 10 min away. Miami is 45 min away. I live 7 minutes away so its easy to manage and upkeep the property.
