Fun Family townhouse with Game Room, SKI ON/OFF

About this space

Townhouse is situated in The Village at Camelback Community, only community that offers SKI ON/OFF to Camelback Ski trails. Community amenities are currently closed due to COVID restrictions- indoor heated pool, sauna, hot tub and tennis courts. Located just a 15 minute walk to CamelBeach Outdoor Waterpark (summer) and Camelback Ski admissions (winter), 10 minute walk to the community pool and 3-4 minute walk to slopes for ski on/off.

The space

Comfortable 4 story, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom attached townhouse with a Game Room. We have NEW A/C and Heating system in every room.
-TV: Active accounts for Netflix, Amazon prime and PS4.
-Fully stocked kitchen.
-bath towels and linens are provided.
-Wood burning fire place.
-Outdoor gas grill with propane gas tank provided (if empty, refills are renters’ responsibility)
-Starter basic supplies are provided (for kitchen, bath, laundry and toilet). After these are gone, you will need to purchase your own along with any other paper products or toiletries you may need for your stay.

The Village at Camelback offers a sports complex facility including heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, weight room as well as indoor tennis court with basketball hoop and outdoor tennis court.

The fitness room has equipment to accommodate most exercise regimens. There are free weights as well as a Universal Machine, Nordic Trac-Leg Lift Bike, Nordic Trac-Electric Weight System, Total Gym, Recumbant Bike and for walkers and runners a Treadmill.

Indoor Pool is heated to 83 degrees year round. Pool hours are based upon lifeguard availability.

Outdoor tennis court is particularly appealing during the spring, summer and fall. Waiting for a court is rarely an issue but if you must have a fixed time check with the office staff. Tennis shoes are required to play on the newly renovated courts.Hours: Mon. - Fri. 9am to 5pm Sat. & Sun. 9am to 5pm

Great Time!

The stay and family time was great. The house was clean with cool amenities, however the pictures make it seem bigger than it is. I was expecting a much bigger layout. For my first time renting a Vrbo I expected a different experience I was unaware and had to ask the host when I would get the information and they replied however I never got the rental form.The porch furniture was not clean so no one could use that space. Overall it was nice and quaint. I referred some of my family who came to book here again for there next stay in poconos.

Perfect for a getaway

This place was great. We came to Camelback to enjoy some late season skiing and the waterpark. The unit is a short walk to the slopes and less than 5 minutes to the waterpark. There was plenty of room for our group (4 adults and 6 kids) and the amenities were just what we needed. The game room was a hit with the kids and a real wood-burning fireplace was nice to have for the adults. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay for a large family

This is our second time staying at this location and would highly recommend it. We enjoy the ease of checking in and the accuracy of the condo. Everything was clean and orderly. We are a family with kids ranging in age from 14-30 and all had plenty to do and plenty of room. Our first trip there was with another family and still had plenty of room. The game room is a nice touch. Close to the mountain, about a 7 minute walk. We were dropped off most mornings and picked up when done to avoid the walk in ski boots. No complaints here. Thank you Michael for another wonderful ski trip!

Spacious!

This property has a great location. It is very spacious with 4 floors. The living room furniture is cozy and comfortable and the TVs are huge. The property manager was very communicative. Overall a good stay. Just a few things that could be better. 1. The property is a bit worn down. The rugs, kitchen and bathrooms definitely need a refresh. 2: The pots and pans provided are barely usable. The frying pans are shredded and probably not safe to use. 3 The mattresses are very hard. This is to be expected in a rental unit but still worth mentioning. 4. The video game console in the basement wasn’t functioning. Overall this is a great, very comfortable unit with lots of space.

Great place!

Great home in the Poconos! Enjoyed the community center too. Nice indoor pool and small workout facility. House is 4 separate floors, but kids played in the downstairs game room and adults could enjoy the main floor living area with fireplace and huge TV! Win!

Fall Fun with Family

Had a wonderful visit with extended family, enjoying the fall weather and festivities in the Poconos. This house perfectly suited our needs, with plenty of room for all of us to spend time together comfortably and enjoy each other’s company. The kids loved the game room and we had everything we needed during our stay, plenty of towels, blankets & pillows. Easy access, even with a security gate, and it was conveniently located. Host was great with his communication. Will definitely be back!

Perfect getaway spoy

Very nice condo. Had everything we needed. Great big smart TV that we could use our Netflix accounts with. Corner location with big wrap-around porch; was quiet and peaceful for morning coffee.The game room was great for my daughter and friends. Had an issue with hot water the first night but host was quick to communicate and we were able to fix the issue. My only complaints are with the development itself. The pool hours were not great. Wished they had been open longer. It would have been nice to sit in the hot tub or go swimming after spending the day out but they close at 7:30.. And The Villages at Camelback have been around a while and it's starting to show their age. The security staff at the Gate House (Toni) was very friendly. If you need to know anything about the area, she can help you.

we had a good weekend getaway late in the season. close to eating and activities for the entire family. plenty of room to spread out and sleep comfortably and also separate area in lower level for the kids to play. very comfortable accommodations...

Wonderful stay and great location

This is our second time staying at this property. The game room is always a favorite with the kids while the adults enjoyed chatting by the fireplace. There was one issue that the owner was very quick to respond to and address. We really like the convenience to the mountain and the community pool!

Nice place

Large place with a fun downstairs game room. It's very close to the slopes but with a little one we still had to drive about a minute to the slopes. Worked out great. The only thing was the beds were very firm. Other than that there were no complaints.

Absolutely loved this property, especially the game room for both adults and the kids. The owner was VERY helpful and he responded immediately to all inquiries. We spent Thanksgiving plus a couple of days, and we enjoyed using the outdoor grill for our dinners.

Great place we can stay

This was a wonderful house where you could smell the cool pine trees. We had a great stay and the house has more amenities than I expected. Most of all, I liked the prompt response when we asked the landlord for help. All facilities were also clean. Great views, pretty quiet neighborhood, very friendly owner (WONDERFUL!!!) , and so on.. Three families went together, and everyone said they wanted to come again this Christmas. WILL BE BACK SOON!!
