Right at the heart of downtown of Ocean City, this apartment is just a few steps from the soft sands and warm Atlantic waves of the beach. This apartment offers a clean, affordable and comfortable apartment to families, friends and whoever is looking for an enjoyable stay in Ocean City Start every morning drinking a coffee and breathing in fresh ocean air on the balcony. Inside the apartment there is a common area with two pullout sofas, flat screen TV, chairs, coffee table, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Delicious meals await at nearby restaurants, but for those who'd prefer to do their own cooking, the kitchen has everything you need to whip up something tasty. The apartment is equipped with up to date air conditioning ensuring that our costumers are cool and comfortable. Guests can use the whole apartment and two free parking space.
This apartment sleeps up to Fifteen guests and is ideal for a family or friends visiting the Atlantic shore together.
The apartments do not come with towels and bed linens. You can either bring your's from home or rent them from management for a small fee.PETS ARE WELCOME! Charges are applicable ($25) per pet per night.
Head south half mile, to the top of the historic Ocean City Boardwalk for seaside fun and excitement. Or take the entire family to the Jolly Roger Amusement Park and Splash Mountain Water Park for a day of rides, treats, and midway-style entertainment, just one mile away.

Not like the photo's

The location of this place is all that it has going for it. The pictures are not accurate. There were no curtains, no carpets and only one bunk instead of two as pictured. Most of the dining room chairs were broken. One had no back, one spindle was broken and sticking out. The framed pictured above fireplace is broken. These are easy things to replace but showed no degree of the landlords even trying. We took the filters out of each air conditioner as they smelled musty. One unit didn't even have a filter and the ones we cleaned were completely blocked with dust. It does state to bring paper products and that is true-bring everything! No dish soap to clean with. I wouldn't stay here again.

Could use improvements by host

The pictures of this place were older, so it was not exactly what I expected. There are no house numbers, so it was confusing to locate. I have stayed in several rentals, and had always had little things provided, such as dish soap. This is bare bones. The door knobs are tricky because of the older style, so you have to grab the metal part at the base of the handles to open the doors. The coffee machine was probably 10 years old, yellow, and broken. We tried to use it only to have it make a huge mess and again, no dish soap. It would be nice to have some sort of hooks. One room doesn't have a dresser, hooks, or anything whatsoever to use to put your belongings. Most of the dresser drawers have the bottom falling out so you can't open them. We did not receive notice of how to check-in and there was nothing on the reservation page and the host never responded to me when I asked for the information. It was only when signing out of VRBO and reviewing the property did we find in the drop-down information about checking in/out. It does have a lot of potential with a change of management. One morning, I opened the blinds to find some man at the window painting, with no notice. Also, if I am paying so much for a cleaning fee, I would appreciate it if it was dusted instead of a layer of grit on the nightstand. The plus side is that the shower was hot and had good water pressure. Also, the bunk bedroom is much bigger than in the picture, so it would be great for several kids.

Ideal Location

Location of this house is just a block from the beach and boardwalk. We were able to walk to beach, shops, restaurants, and ocean activities. After parking the car, we never moved it except for a trip to grocery store. There was plenty of sleeping space and the open living room was spacious. Bathrooms were in good shape. The kitchen was a bit small so if planning to do a lot of cooking might not be so great, but we ate out most of our big meals. Front porch was perfect to sit and relax in evening or to eat from as there is a table and plenty of chairs. We liked being able to leave our beach chairs & wagon there instead of bringing inside at night too. Property manager was so friendly and helpful, as the last renters had taken the TV connector with them, but they replaced it within the first day of our stay. Our family had a wonderful time here!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. The manager was very responsive. Area is very busy and cars do not stop for people in the crosswalk. Apartment was good for our family of 11

Excellent service, excellent emplacement

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à OC. L'hôte donne un excellent service. L'endroit est vieillot, mais tout les logements de ce secteur le sont. Les lits sont très confortables. Excellent emplacement (2 minutes de marche du boardwalk et de la plage). Plein de restos aux alentours. Nous y retournerons.

My friends and I stayed here and had a great experience. The property owners were nice and easy to communicate with. It’s in perfect area to do everything you’d want to. Definitely an amazing place to stay with a group of friends for the week.

ocean city beach trip

We all had a wonderful time. I did get impression had whole house but apparently is divided into apartments. But that didn't cause any problems. We had plenty of room for 12 of us, and the children had plenty of room without annoying the adults. Beach with in walking distance, the boardwalk also. We actually walked to Jolly Rodgers Pier. This house is in a perfect location. Somewhat costly but it was worth it. Alma the manager was very accomadating. Since first trip with VRBO she got alot of texts, asking about everything. and she always contacted me back. Would definitely go again and stay longer
