- At least one mid-stay clean is required for any reservation 10 days or longer and this cost is included in your reservation. Extra cleans can be scheduled for an additional fee
- Low Speed Vehicle rentals available through Electric Cart Company, the exclusive provider for WaterColor. We recommend making a reservation as soon as possible as there is a limited number of carts available.

Only a 2-minute bike ride to the WaterColor Beach Club, you are close to the popular neighborhood amenities while staying on a quiet street to enjoy peaceful moments on the screened-in porch and balcony. There is also a pocket park near the home which is great for the kids to spend some playtime.

We had a great time! The kitchen was well stocked and the floor plan functioned well for our family and friends. I appreciated that the property was tucked in a quieter part of Watercolor, and was an easy walk to the beach, pools and restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Geaux’n Coastal is a beautiful, well appointed home. It is in a location where we like to stay. We enjoyed having an additional table for doing puzzles in our down time. The screened porches are lovely.

Perfect family home

Perfect location about 8-10 min walk to the beach. Very close to the pool. My kids really liked the other pool as well-camp watercolor which has a lazy river (about a mile from the house). We loved having the bikes and all the shops and restaurants so close. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Amazing Water Color experience

Very inviting and comfortable for our family. Loved the screened in porches and layout of the house. Had all the amenities, up to date furnishings, & beds were very comfortable. Easy walk to the Water Color beach club. Made for a great vacation experience!

Great Watercolor Home!

The house was great, close distance to the Watercolor Resort and pools! We really enjoyed the house and location. We had to contact property management about a few things and they were very prompt and done by the time we came back from the pool the first day! Would highly recommend.

Awesome house! Great location

This house is awesome and a great location. The management company was awesome to work with as well. My husband lost his wallet and the cleaning crew found it, took it to the property manager and they sent it to us the next day. Great communication too

Great location! Quiet street! Highly recommend!

The house was beautiful! The online pictures don't do the home justice! Everything was clean and well-kept. I liked how all the switches and everything in the kitchen was labelled which made finding things so easy! The street is so peaceful with very few cars travelling on it and the beach was only a quick 5 minute walk. We will definitely stay here again!

Spring Break

This is our second year staying at this property. It’s exactly as described. The kitchen has everything you need. The location is great. It’s nice to be away from the traffic and within walking distance to the pool, beach and Square. And the communication with the rental company could t be better. Highly recommend this house.

Great House!

The accommodations were just right for our group of nine. We only had the use of 3 of the 4 bikes. The first day our son only got a block away from the house and the entire pedal and arm fell off. We called the bike maintenance number but it was 3 days before they came to fix it. But otherwise great place to stay! We would highly recommend it! Thank you!!

The location is perfect - close to the beach, to shopping, to trails, and to lots of Watercolor amenities. The house was spotless. Beds and couches are all very comfortable. I worked remotely from here for the week. It was so nice to get my work done then be able to enjoy all that Watercolor and 30A have to offer. I will definitely stay here again. In fact, I booked a trip for this spring for a mother daughter spring break trip!
