Overall this was a very good experience and I would rate it as 5 stars. However, I drop it to 3 stars because of the mouse infestation we discovered. Mice were seen on the countertop trying to chew into my bag of chips!! The mice then ran behind the oven when I went to investigate the noise. This is just gross! Please get rid of the mice. You have a problem!

Amazing Location

Literally just steps from main street Ouray. We walked everywhere, groceries, restaurants, shopping.

We enjoyed our stay in Ouray, CO. However the bed was not comfortable in the double queen room. Also, the floor was sticky in a large area and when we wiped with paper towels, lots of dirt came up. Floor was not washed. Both bathrooms are far from the bedrooms (nothing private). An FYI have some hooks in the bathrooms for towels. No wash cloths to clean off counters or table.

Great little place off main street

This little place was great! Plenty of space for our group. Would have been nice to have a washer and dryer since we did so much in the hot springs, but it was fun! Highly recommend!!

Amazing stay!

Location is perfect on the Main Street so you can walk everywhere. Ouray grocery is only 3 blocks away which is great and an excellent grocery store. Restaurants are also walking distance, we even walked to the other end of Ouray easy. Hot springs is also walking distance the other direction. The home itself is cozy and perfect. Complete with pots and pans and salt, garlic salt, and pepper and even cooking spray plus all the cleaning supplies. They have a nice coffee pot you can set the timer to go off in the morning so you can wake up to the smell of coffee. They had filters already. They have a kettle for tea drinkers. Lots of towels also. Two toilets with one beautiful and large bathtub are perfect. One room with a queen bed and another room with two full beds was perfect for me, my husband, our 24 yr old son, and my 79 yr old dad. Shoes are not allowed inside understandably with mud or snow likely on your shoes. I recommended bringing house shoes.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great place! Close to everything, when we stayed (Summer) there was parking right out front! Inside is really well done! Plenty of dish-wear and anything you would want in a kitchen. Natural light that comes thru the skylights is a great touch! Only complaint is there tea is not enough places to hang towels.(with hot prongs 2 blocks away we used it a lot!

It was a wonderful anniversary get away!

The property was great and right on main street. The property management company kept in contact always and responded to any questions or recommendations we needed. We loved that we could walk to hot springs, restaurants and shops but only a 10-minute walk to Cascade Falls to enjoy the beauty. Ouray is a beautiful little town with much to offer and enjoyed it thoroughly. Highly recommend.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a great stay at this property. The location on Main Street was perfectly located and within walking distance of all the sites we were interested in.The wood paneling and rustic touches were a nice addition to this property. We also loved the skylights that were built into the ceiling.Now to the feedback that I want to provide for the property.1. It would be nice to have small trash cans and tissues in each room of the house.2. The dishes and pans in the house were dirty and had to be cleaned before use.3. This was the first time we had stayed at an Airbnb or VRBO property that didn't have a washing machine and dryer. This would be a nice addition.4. Having the ability to open the windows would have been great to enjoy the fresh mountain air.Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Family Vacation

Excellent location in Ouray, with fully stocked kitchen and multiple bathrooms. Heaters in every room with their own thermostat. Could have used a fan for a little bit of circulation in the rooms, but that's more of a preference of mine than a complaint. Beautiful stay in a beautiful area!

Wonderful stay and property!

We had a wonderful experience at this updated listing. It was comfortable, clean, and in a great location along Main Street. The only downside was the noise from the snow plowing during the night but it would not keep us from staying again. The property manager was very responsive to any questions and lovely to work with. I would recommend this to others looking to stay in downtown Ouray!
