The first floor is the home's main floor, which encompasses an open living and kitchen area. The kitchen has premium finishes such as stainless-steel appliances and sparkling white backsplash and countertops. There is seating for 14 at both the breakfast bar and dining table. The living area has plenty of seating surrounding the flat-screen TV and opens up to the screened porch. The porch acts as an additional living area when guests want to enjoy the outdoors, featuring an outdoor fireplace, flat-screen TV, and separate dining area with seating for 12 at the custom-built farm table. There is also a grill for guests to enjoy preparing a fresh meal while enjoying the home's private pool. It's easy to commute around 30A and the neighborhood with a 6-seater Low-Speed Vehicle and 4 adult bikes, making Publix grocery runs or bike rides to brunch in Seaside a breeze. Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments, as well as be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.

Please note: Effective Mar 15, 2014, Low-Speed Vehicle rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 80 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only 1 cart may be rented per home, and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
