Great house

97 Running Oak was a great house. Ideally located and everyone had privacy. The pool and outdoor fireplace were excellent. I would recommend this house and would stay here again

Great house but cleanliness, supplies, maintenance disappointing

The house was wonderful. The neighborhood was great. The space was wonderful with the pool and the bikes was a great part of the vacation. My only concerns were when we arrived at the house had not been cleaned appropriately. There was food on the carpets and obviously people have been sitting on the couch and the bathrooms and kitchen sink were not clean. I called and they did send someone over to clean that. The pool also was not cleaned and it took a couple days for them to get there to clean that. The tv upstairs didn’t work. The dishwasher was completely taken apart and we had to put it back together! For future reference there was a tiny little salt and pepper shaker and NO spices and a couple trash bags. certainly not enough for a seven day rental of this property. We ended up having to buy all those things again. I expect that at some places, but at this level, I would think they would at least provide for the week. Also, if you’re coming, realize there are no beach towels chairs, etc.

Great Home

Property is as described. We had a few issues upon arrival, Pool was not clean, TV Remotes were not explained (never did figure out the main TV remote), didn’t notice until we tried to bake that the top oven was heating barely - not a huge issue. We used the second oven. Property managers were slow in responding- but all issues handled within a few days and once cleaned the pool was beautiful and such a great addition. Pool is bigger than most in Watercolor so it was great. We used it every day. Would definitely recommend this for families or any couples get away!!!

Nice House and Trip, Needs a Few Fixes

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Clean, spacious and the porches and pool were great. We had issues with non-working dishwashers, as well as a spotty oven and microwave. Also, the main door going out to the back porch would not unlock. Reached out to the property management company about the issues. Was told someone was coming to fix the dishwasher but not sure they ever did. The other issues we mentioned to the property manager were not responded to.

Wonderful home

Peaceful location. Close to camp watercolor, but backed up to the woods. Very peaceful with lovely huge screened porches for all to enjoy. Bikes were wonderful addition to the stay and 360 Blues welcome amenities were wonderful.

Perfect Girls Weekend

The home was absolutely beautiful and had the perfect set up for a girls weekend away. Loved the under counter ice maker and the bed swing on the screen porch. Only suggestion would be to better stock the kitchen. Would have loved to see a crock pot and maybe a few more pans and utensils.

Wonderful house!! Accommodated 2 families easily. Pool was excellent after the beach each day and the screened porched was the best! 360 was very prompt in taking care of minor issues that popped up. Would highly recommend this house!

Charming home in a great location within Water Color. Daily bike rides, morning beach visits, and poolside fun made this a memorable vacation! It’s our third year at 30A and our second year in Water Color. This house had lots of porches and wonderful outdoor living spaces! The pool and spa were a bonus.

Home easily accommodated our group of six adults and one baby. Loved the location - situated between Publix and the beach - an easy bike ride into town. Even though the house isn't baby proofed, there's very little in the cabinets to provide any danger. There is an alarm connected to each of the doors to the pool - and there are several - if the override button isn't pushed rather quickly. 360 Blue was fabulous to deal with - the few times we had questions or issues with the house (which were usually our issues!) All in all - a very positive experience and warm memories of our stay. Thank you!

Thanks for another amazing trip. This is our second time renting with 360Blue and they have been wonderful and very easy to deal with. Our place 97 Running Oak exceed our expectations. Our kids loved having the pool and we loved the screened in porch so we could watch the kids while relaxing. The only compliant is the doors are alarmed for for the pool, but there is no button outside to turn the alarm off when entering the house. So there is a loud beep every time you go inside. If you had a sleeping baby this would be an issue. Thanks again!

What a wonderful home! It was PERFECT! We absolutely loved the porch and spent the majority of our time there. If we weren't enjoying the porch, we were in the pool which was incredible. We've stayed in Watercolor before but having a pool was a game changer for us. The home was comfortably furnished with plenty of room for our large family. We had everything we needed and wouldn't change a thing! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Beautiful home! Bedrooms were set up well although a tub in the upstairs bathroom would have been very welcome. Comfortable beds and awesome outdoor screen patio. Pool was big! One welcome addition would be more kitchen utensils/accessories. However, this house was really a beauty, in a great location. We loved it!

We had a great vacation! My daughter got engaged during our stay! The house was perfect for our family. We loved the pool and screened in porch. We had a dinner with friends also at the beach with about 20 people and used the private chef service. He did a great job and the house easily accommodated that many people with a great flow with the screened porch. We got a golf cart and it was perfect for shuttling to the beach. I highly recommend getting one. We lived riding bikes around Watercolor and all the trails through the neighborhood. We've stayed at various places on 30A for the past few years. This was our favorite so far.

My family had a great time at 97 Running Oak. The porch and pool area were perfect. We spent most of our time there. We loved that there was an ice machine for making drinks. The home is a 5 minute walk to Camp Watercolor, which we also enjoyed. We are happy to have found this home and would definitely consider staying there again.

We came to Watercolor for our sons wedding. The community is beautiful! This home was nicely appointed. Bedrooms/baths very comfortable. Outdoor porch was wonderful. It was a bit cool so we didn't swim. I understand that there is an ordinance requiring the alarms on all the doors because of the pool. But the French doors from the living room had to be securely locked after opening or the alarm would go off continually. That got really old so we just used the pool bathroom to go in and out. I would suggest getting those contacts checked out. I found the living area a bit small for how many the home slept. But we made it work.

We had a great time relaxing by the pool. The he pool size accommodated our family very well. We had three floats in the pool at the same time with plenty of room left to swim and walk around. The house was perfect and set-up to keep our family together. We loved the screened in porches an outside grilling area. Overall, awesome trip, would definitely recommend and rent the house again. Great Trip!

What a find! Had no idea Watercolor existed. It's as if I could create a fairytale community and bring it to life! We had a wonderful family vacation at 97 Running Oak! Outdoor kitchen, large pool, gourmet kitchen! This place has everything. Can't wait to get back.

WOW! What a wonderful vacation we had in Watercolor! This house has EVERYTHING! The pool, the big screened in porches, outdoor grill, etc. everything we could possibly need or want was at our fingertips! We were in Seaside for my daughter's wedding and had a catered dinner at the house afterward & it was simply amazing! Plenty of room for everyone. We've been going to Destin/Seaside area for 15 years and this is by far my favorite place!! Thank you so much!! ❤️🌴☀️
