Beach-side, beautiful low-rise with uncrowded beach!

This 2 bedroom 2 bath unit B1403 sleeps 8 and is located on the 4th floor of the B building. It is one unit in from the end unit and B1403 features a breathtaking gulf view and courtyard view!! Grab a hot cup of coffee or an ice cold beverage and enjoy the sunrise over the gulf on your own private balcony. This unit has a king bed in the master and a queen and full bed in the guest bedroom, each with new plush mattresses with gel memory foam. Living room has 2 recliner chairs and a sofa that pulls out to a queen sleeper, with an upgraded mattress. This unit sleeps 8. Ceiling fans and tile floors throughout the unit. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and pots/pans for your use. Non smoking, washer and dryer, elevator, ice dispenser in refrigerator door.

Beach Service – If you didn’t pre-reserve beach chairs, just stop by the beach hut or call the Excel team at In addition to chairs and umbrellas, Excel offers kayaks and paddle boards for rent, as well as an assortment of snacks and drinks.
Tennis, Basketball, Pickleball, and Shuffleboard – Forget your gear? No worries, you can check out rackets, balls, and more at the front desk at no charge!
Grilling Out – In the busy months of spring and summer, many families opt to grill out rather than go out. We have eight charcoal grills available. There are several seafood markets nearby, including Blalock’s which is just a block to the west (p.s., their tuna dip is a must try!).
Fitness Center – Did you know we have a fitness center in the Penthouse building? Just stop by the front desk to borrow the key.
Family Activities – There’s always something fun on the itinerary at Silver Dunes:
• Annual Easter Egg Hunt in the Courtyard – Easter Sunday, 9 am in the courtyard
• Scavenger Hunts – Throughout the Spring – for children of all ages! Just stop by the office to pick up your scavenger hunt necessities. Once you’ve collected everything, stop back by the office to pick a surprise from the Silver Dunes treasure chest!
• Movies in the Courtyard – Bring a picnic blanket, your beach chairs, and join us on Mondays at dusk throughout June and July. We show a different family-friendly movie each week.
• S’mores Nights with Live Music at the Pool –Wednesday nights are awesome at Silver Dunes! Throughout June and July, the firepits will be out, s’mores roasting, and tunes playing!
