Located just 2 blocks away from Gonzaga University and minutes from Downtown, the U-District Loft is a newly renovated and thoughtfully designed space with beautiful contemporary decor. With all the comforts you would find at home, this comfortable and spacious apartment is the ideal getaway right next to local breweries, bars, and restaurants. This property is the perfect option for GU parents, grad students, or traveling professionals. We cannot wait to host you!
You’ll have access to the entire private apartment and free street parking in the neighborhood. Curated and sustainably designed by a Spokane interior designer utilizing local touches and reclaimed wood throughout. This open-space concept studio includes a Queen bed with a privacy screen provided, a Queen-sized pull-out couch, a Twin XL rollaway bed, a full bathroom, kitchen, dining area, closet space, and in-unit washer and dryer.

As hosts, we want to give back. That`s why a percentage of each booking will be donated to our trusted nonprofit partners that support housing needs. This includes refugees, disaster relief, and medical related stays. With this commitment, we’ll be able to help more individuals, families, and communities rebuild their homes, schools, and lives.
The Loft is accessed from a gated yard in a safe and friendly neighborhood with a secure remote-accessed lock. Upon booking, each guest will have their own unique access code to the front door that is only good for the duration of their stay. Follow the 3 arrows on the corner of the building and the apartment is the private unit on the second floor.
We are available for any questions or concerns that may arise to ensure you have the most care-free stay possible. If you need anything, don`t hesitate to reach out and we will do our best to accommodate you and your guests.
Just a short walk away from the award-winning No-Li Brewhouse, the legendary local bar Jack and Dans, Wellness Tree Juice Bar, and beautiful scenery and trails along the Spokane River; experience all that the Gonzaga area has to offer!
You`ll find that everything you need in walking distance!

-4 min to Mission Park (with outdoor gym)
-10 min to NoLi Brewhouse
-4 min to Forza Coffee
-4 min to Wellness Tree Juice Bars

To ensure peace of mind during your stay, we offer two options for damage protection: a small, one-time non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver (our most convenient and guest-preferred option) or a fully refundable Security Deposit, returned after your stay if no damage is reported. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll be prompted to complete this step.

How to stay like a local:
There are so many awesome things to see, do, eat, and drink just steps away from your Rental Unit.
That being said, to help you have the best stay possible, we have a few tips for your stay.
1. You’re living like a local, be respectful of the other locals.
2. All of our Rental Units are smoke-free environments. Including the entire Rental property.
3. Pets are NOT allowed in this Rental Unit for any reason. Bringing an unauthorized pet will result in the immediate termination of your reservation without a refund.
4. Your trip details should already be complete. If they aren’t, just go ahead and message us!
5. Your friend, your responsibility. Pretty simple: if you invite them to your Rental Unit, you’re responsible for their actions.
6. There are occupancy limits Roav Stays must follow for each of our buildings. Help us follow the rules.
7. We’re here to help! Roav Stays is managed locally. If you have any questions at all feel free to message us!
FEE SCHEDULE BREAKDOWN: (all charges in $USD, unless otherwise noted)
Unauthorized Late Check Out : $25 dollars each half hour after check-out time. Up to the cost of any impacted nights subsequent to originally scheduled check-out
Smoking in Room/Common Area:
$200 minimum charge and eviction from the Unit
Excessive Cleaning: Up to $125.00 per hour of additional cleaning needed
Damaged or Missing Items: Varies depending on cost of item
Noise Complaints: potential warning issued or, if necessary, eviction with no refund and a charge of up to $1,000.00
Party in Unit or Common Area: Up to $2,000.00 plus any damages to Roav Stays
