Location!!! North end of Anna Maria Island . Steps to the Bean Point Beach and everything you need for your perfect Anna Maria Vacation. Our resort like properties consists of four units surrounding a free style heated pool. Rent one unit or all. Perfect for a group of extended family and friends who want their own place but still be right together as a group. Heated inground pool, steps to the Bean Point Beach. Parking is right at the front of the property and is limited to two cars. The unit features a private patio area and outdoor shower. Gas grill available by the poo area. This unit has a king , 2 twin beds. Wifi internet, TV's in all rooms.

Low traffic area makes it safe to use the bicycles to get around. Easily travel across the island on the free trolley, which runs every 20 mins and has many stops around the island. There are many places who offer bikes and golf carts for rent in the island . There are many restaurants, small shops and Publix supermarket all with in 10 min max driving and reachable by bikes and golf carts.

The location is perfect just walking distance from the beach.The property very clean a someone was always attentive if we needed anything. We love our stay. THe only issue was that we had to leave. See you soon!!!

Perfect Girls Trip Getaway

We loved staying here. So clean, well-equipped, and the location was perfect; close to shops, restaurants, and especially access to a gorgeous white sand beach. Loved all of the outdoor spaces - great pool, porches, and eating area. We had such a great experience that we hope to rent the exact same unit next year! Thank you!

What a gem

We stayed for 4 nights in AMI (our first visit ever) during Spring break. We were looking for a quieter slower paced FL town. What a great place for 2 adults and 1 teenager. The place came with a few unexpected extras…nice beach chairs, beach umbrella, large & small cooler for the beach, and beach towels. Bathrooms were beautifully updated. Lovey shared pool area around back. But the best parts are the quick walk to then beautiful white beach, and access to several free bikes. The bikes quickly became our favorite way to explore the island! So glad we chose this place. Can’t wait to come again.

AMI Family Vacation

We had a really nice time on AMI. Communication with the owner was easy. The house was just what we needed. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. Based on the listing, I thought the house was closer to the beach, but it was still just a 5 minute walk to the beach access. I'm a tall guy (6'6") and a couple of the ceiling fans were a little close for comfort, but that won't affect many people. Otherwise, there are plenty of fans to keep you cool in the summer.

We would and will book this place again!

Our stay was wonderful. The place was very clean and well maintained. The host was very helpful and replied to any of our requests and questions in a very timely manner. The place had everything we needed for the beach (wagon, chairs, umbrella and towels) which was not far at all from the place. Location made it easy to walk to not only the beaches but local shopping on and near Pine Ave and great restaurants as well. The heated pool was very nice located right on the property. We highly recommend this place.

Best time ever!!!

It was the first time staying in Anna Maria and the house unit we stayed in was wonderful! Nice and clean! The pool was a great addition as well! Entire experience was smooth. This home is certainly in the best part of the island and the beach area doesn’t get crowded. Also great communication with Rasa. My family and I are already planning on coming back!!

Great time on Anna Maria

This group of 3 rather mature women stayed in the Heron Suite at the Blue Dolphin. The 2 bed/2 bath unit is spacious and clean. The property exceeded our expectations. The location was quiet with an easy walk to the beach. Pool area was private and nicely appointed. The owner, Rasa, is very kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

North end Anna Maria

Beautiful clean condo. Well stocked and cared for. Location definitely quieter than other parts of the island; the only downside to that is that you have to drive to dining and shopping. Rod and Reel is the only restaurant within walking distance. Easy walk to Bean Point beach. Great host. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Well appointed, beautifully decorated

We enjoyed staying at this location on AMI. Had everything we needed including beach chairs, towels, beach caddy and umbrellas. A little further walk unto the beach than I wanted but this area of the beach was much less crowded than others. Hosts were very responsive.

Rasa was so welcoming! Everything was spot on in the listing. There were even bikes available to us to ride to the nearby restaurants. She had a beach umbrella, chairs and a wagon ready for us to hang out at the beach all day! Amazing host!

Good Grief healing

What a place to meet my best friend to share the good things as we both grieve the recent loss of our moms. A place to unwind feel at home find peace serenity and tranquility. When your heart is broken and you need a worry-free place to find a bridge from the you you have always been to the new you that grief has forced you into….this is the place to stay. Whether it’s a quiet time poolside or a quick walk to the beach the location is fantastic. Highly recommend

What spring break crowd?

The house being located on the north side of Ann Marie Island made the trip so very enjoyable. We could take the golf cart to the hustle and bustle if we wanted to or just walk to the beach for complete relaxation with a lot less people we will be staying at this location on a future date thank you so much

Wonderful property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was exactly as described and perfect for my family of three. It was very clean and well maintained! We do wish the main bedroom had a king sized bed, but in the end all of the other amenities out weighed that. We swam in the pool every morning then walked to the beach in the afternoon. It was nice having the beach access so close as we would leave for dinner and then come back for sunset. We were able to walk to dinner every night (my 6 year old rode his scooter as most places were a 15ish minute walk). Definitely recommend!
